設施很好，泳池有吹氣玩具及水床。但員工服務有待改善，不主動清理房間。尢其是房間衛生，好多小昆蟲，有小曱甴。

雖然在酒店只是住了兩晚 但酒店員工的服務是意料之外的好,非常helpful 房間乾淨整潔,一出房門便看到泳池及海灘美景,非常放鬆! 還可以直接從酒店走到沙灘,只是在酒店已可以待一整個下午了 推介入住!!!

我預先打電話到酒店問能不能提前入住，被告知房間還沒有準備好，要下午兩點才能入住。我們由美妙的班德拉退房後先開車把行李送到這裡，他們還是告訴我要兩點才能入住。然後我們一家四口開車到外面吃東西，回到酒店差不多下午三點了，因為我兒子玩水時踩到礁石腳受傷了，我只想盡快有房間給他休息。辦理入住很慢很慢，我本來兩晚是向海帶泳池的房兩晚是泳池旁邊的房，後來加1600泰銖換成四晚都是向海帶泳池的房。三點多還不能入住，還要必須交2400泰銖享受酒店一連串不知什麼鬼東西，反正送的小吃很難吃，莫名其妙的強制性收費，我自己有車我又不會坐他們的車。我認為有點不合理！在我強烈要求下，接近3點半才給我入住還在搞清潔的房間，然而後來發現什麼都沒有補齊就給了我一間滿是塵房間，地面還有點髒！第二天我出門時要求收拾房間，下午回房間發現放在床頭的小費沒有了，但是房間還是我出門時的樣子，服務生只進房間拿了小費，什麼都沒有做，我去前台告知，後來才有人來收拾，她們收拾床鋪時，被子直接扔地上，鋪好床才把被子從地面拖到床上！當時我還在泳池邊看著她呢！馬桶整晚因為水壓的問題咕咕響，有時候衝出來的水是咖啡色。反正這裡不是很推薦

地點算近機場，遠離市中心較寧靜，附近有便利店及餐廳。酒店望出去有像畫一般的日落風景。私人泳池房一開門就是沙灘，對住沙灘的感覺超棒，可惜沙灘的水質太差。房間太致上不錯。

Hotel Service is good, hotel is a bit small! Breakfast is less choose. Room is not very clean! The bed is comfort.

Wonderful in all aspects, ranging from room cleanliness and interior design to overall services. Location is OK given its proximity to the Airport, yet the beach is not too nice for swimming when compared to Chaweng or Chaweng Noi. Breakfast quality is good, my only comment is if the choices are of a great variety that's even better. No hot dishes, and it's smoked salmon and salmon everyday. The room which I stayed is beachfront resort, enabling me to enjoy step access to the beach and overlook the beach / sunset whilst in the pool. I would recommend this hotel to my friends who consider visiting Koh Samui later.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Auf den Bildern wirkt es schön. In der Realität ist das Zimmer schmutzig (Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren dreckig) und staubig. Würde das Hotel nicht mehr besuchen und auch nur für eine Nacht empfehlen- wenn überhaupt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Ich esse morgens Müsli/granola mit Joghurt. Müsli und Joghurt waren vorhanden, wenn auch beides gezuckert. Schön war die Auswahl an Eierspeisen und der Ausblick.

I really enjoyed my stay and even booked an additional night stay. Only a couple of minor issues. One was easily corrected, the second issue was upon check in i was given an email for a free coconut. The manager explained that was the previous ownerships offer and wasnt included. Pretty odd outcome, but honestly everyone amd everything was splendid. Will return! Great job

Ocean front room with a private pool was epic but very expensive for the condition of the room. Toilet has urine drips down the front and pool was growing algae. Shower was very aggressive and soaked the bathroom. If you want peace and tranquility and don’t mind it not being perfect this will work for you. Room service food was excellent. Breakfast limited but what was there was delicious.

Highly recommend. Hidden gem ! It’s like Narnia - it looks simple on the outside but wow - As soon as you walk in - it’s beautiful ! Long swimming pool. Staff were gracious enough to accommodate me during my stay travelling solo. Rooms are large, clean and spacious. Breakfast is across the street - food is 4/5. There is a few to the airport.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind recht groß, das Bad ist groß und sauber, allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig, weil es wegen einer großen Glasscheibe einsehbar ist. Natürlich kann man ein Rollo benutzen. Aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen sollten große Shampoo und Bodylotion angeboten werden und nicht die, die tägl. weggeschmissen werden.

The bank, how sweet is nice, but the layout is inconvenient

My wife and I stayed for a few nights here recently. Don’t believe the absolute terrible reviews and don’t believe the utterly amazing reviews either. For us, it’s a definite 3 star hotel. Good points: Clean, staff are friendly (although can seem a bit disinterested with some playing at the pool table for a lot of the day) and location is absolutely fantastic on Bangrak Beach with lots of really nice places to eat and drink within a 10-15 mins walk. Bad Points: Rooms are small and the pictures of balcony’s don’t really do justice to just how small they are, we had constant issues with the room (Deluxe Sea View) - lights not working or flickering which weren’t resolved, constant issues with the room safe not working properly. Hotel is beside a really busy main road and although it’s noisy, our room was on the other side of the hotel so it didn’t really bother us. Breakfast is served in a restaurant across a really busy road and it’s pretty basic but tasty. The coffee was amazing. We overpaid for our stay but overall, not a bad choice.

Lovely rooms with pool and ocean views. Location close to airport, grab ride into fisherman’s village about $10-15 CAD. No beach chairs or umbrellas. Free minibar only meant bottled water. Everything else came with a fee. Over all great place for a night or two.
