Great stay

Our room was comfortable

Good facilities with pool and bar. Service was ok. It is obviously temporary but there was a serious issue with lifts and only one lift functioning at the time (looks like some maintenance is taking longer than anticipated) which made it very difficult at peak (checkout) times. If you rely on lifts working you may double check with the hotel before confirming or ensure you leave in plenty of time to avoid the queues. Also looks like some lifts go to room floors, some don’t. Somewhat confusing.

A/c not working on 4 different rooms we had to switch until we found 1 that worked. Switch to family room and sink was also broken. Staff tried their best to accommodate but it felt like there’s no one around to fix the stuff. Other than that everything was great!

I wasn't impressed by the noise, lack of light in the room (there is just a window with artificial light), and that only one elevator out of three were working. It is conveniently located few minutes away walking distance from Chinatown.

During my stay the people next to my room was talking loud even late at night. They also forgot to close their door properly so the alarm sounds was brutal and annoying. On the second the night the staff was able to fix the problem and I had to do it myself as well since I learned the trick.The location is convenient for metro train station and few blocks away to Chinatown which has access to unlimited food stalls, shopping and money changer. The elevator service is kinda odd coz you will be sharing with other tenants in the building. If you’re goal is just to sleep and it suits your budget is place is doable.

Hotel wifi is really bad and sometimes its not working

We really enjoyed our stay here with out 5 month old. In a great location close to china town. We found access to the hotel a bit odd with check in and reception on the 12th floor . Maintenance taking place on the lifts which became a little confusing to access the right floors. Didnt try breakfast but enjoyed the pool area

We stayed one night, beds and linens were nice and the room was clean. Walked the neighborhood and felt safe (2 females). Didn’t try out any of the amenities so can’t speak to that.

Great location close to China Town but not completely in the thick of things. 5-8 min walk max. Convenient for public transport. Good bars and restaurants/eateries in vicinity going from street food vendors to high end dining. Pool area was good. Only negative was metal sun loungers which were not the most comfortable. Food in restaurant was very good quality however I only had snack/lunch there. Good value for beer and food as well. Breakfast was adequate but was include in the price so no complaints. Room was generally in good condition. A little aged in places but nothing dramatic. I stayed in the Millennium Hilton the same week and it wasn’t much better. Bathroom was clean. Good products. Wonderful shower pressure. Much better than the Hilton. Overall very good value for the money. If you want to stary in the China Town area of Bangkok no hesitation in recommending.

This is a good place to stay if you just want to sleep. I would have appreciated a heads up about their elevators being down. 1/3 elevators were functional so this made coming up and down from the 12th floor very time consuming. The water from the shower was not hot. Just a tad bit warmer than room temp. Warm enough for a quick shower. The internet DOES not work. They should not state they have WiFi because the WiFi was not reliable nor was it operable most times of the day. You cannot work, stream, or even call a Grab most of the times. This was the biggest disappointment. Very lovely and nice people for sure, but that’s about where the luxuries end.

Great hotel close to China town

The temperature on the air conditioner control would not light up. We spent the first night over heating because it wouldn’t work. Maintenance finally came to look at 10 pm and said they set it as low as it would go, yet the room was very warm all night. The next day we asked for a new room. That control panel wouldn’t light up either so there was no adjusting the temperature but at least it was cold. The “partner transportation” service located at the entrance to the elevators and in the main lobby were high pressure sales. We ended up scheduling out own airport taxi. The room was quiet though and clean. Take your own washcloths as none are provided.

The hotel is okay, the rooms are not bad and the service is very good. The only issue I had was around the bar as the bartender does not really know how to make mixed drinks and their wine is out of a box. The one advantage is that it is next to Hua Lampong subway station and there is a Starbucks right beside the hotel. It is a few minutes away from Chinatown if you like that area.
