Newly open at convenient Sukhumvit 31 area. All the staff are friendly. Comfortable bedding. Nice small gym. The best part is the rooftop pool, where you can also enjoy the passionate sunshine. Like this place very much !

Hotel is maintained well. The water pressure for shower is very sufficient and no smell from drainage as it may happen even in some 4-star hotels. Bedding is comfy.
Breakfast choice is satisfactory but not the best.
It’s a bit noisy from the traffic. Ask for rooms not facing the road for those have difficulty to sleep with a bit of noice.

酒店就在soi31 里邊，如自已開車去會比較方便，但停車場太小了，晚一點回來基本上都停滿。不知道是不是疫情的關系，價錢超便宜，但房間算很整潔，相比其它這價位的酒店性價比很高，下次也會選擇入住

飯店是新開的，房間新，該有的設備都有。雖離捷運系統有點遠，走路要10多分鐘。但附近全是餐廳，洗頭，按摩都方便。

スタッフの方は、とても感じがよく親切でした。朝食の種類が多く、味も日本人の味覚に合い、とてもおいしかったです。
近くには、コンビニやレストランなどもあり退屈しませんでした。また、BTSの二つの駅（アソークとプロムポン）の間に立地しているので、双方の駅を利用することができ、また双方の駅のショッピングセンターに行くこともできます。

Location is great. Room a bit smaller than I expected. View on the street not ideal, need to keep curtains closed. Room was impeccably clean. Best shower ever. Not kidding. So much pressure on that rain shower. Staff very kind and helpful.

This hotel is in very good condition but tucked away in a quiet area with access to the city provided by a free shuttle service to the sky train. I would use Bolt or Taxi's though for a cheap easy way to get around unless it's peak hour traffic in which case I wouldn't go anywhere. Peak hour is awful. It took me 2.15 hours to go 6 km's. The rooms are great with separate bedroom and living area.The only concern is the tiles in the shower are really slippery and dangerous. I asked for help and they provided a towel to stand on which did stop me slipping.
