While I would prefer a larger room, the rooms and hotel facility have excellent amenities and it is in the heart of Silom so walkable to bars, clubs and restaurants. There is self-served laundry service in the hotel which is excellent and affordable non-luxury travelers. The pool is the centerpiece of the hotel, located between the two towels. My pre-teen son spent every day for a few hours in the pool. There is also a well-equipped gym. The breakfast buffet is excellent with both Thai and Western food. There are also excellent restaurants like Mango Tree and massage parlors The Prime literally right next door. Hotel staff is also friendly and helpful.

I like the cleanliness and the rooms are new or updated. The water pressure is excellent and the front desk was very helpful on my extended staying. The only negative is there is an odor when using the men’s steam room.

客室は常に清潔でした。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、リクエストには誠意を持って対応してくれました。
サラデーンやシーロムといった繁華街にありバンコク市内への移動にはとても便利です。しかし夜の騒音などは全くなく、快適な睡眠が取れました。
カードによるデポジットではブランドが限られているため少しの注意が必要です。
とても快適な滞在でした。ありがとうございました！

No iron in my room, I was waiting almost 30mins for an iron. If you like to take a morning shower, the shower water warms very very slow and sometimes might doesn’t get warm.

地點在Silom很方便，在潑水節住宿可以直接潑完走回飯店洗澡！有陽台可以抽菸超棒！美中不足的是那個洗澡的水一直忽冷忽熱，真的要被燙死！

1. The door to the safe in the room got stuck almost daily. When I entered my passcode it would display ERROR on the screen. I had to call the technician on four consecutive days. It never got properly fixed.
2. Elevators in building 3 are too hot - need a fan
3. In-room phone (room 3602) to reception not working well. All I heard were a word here and there. They can hear me but I only heard partially.
4. Cold & Hot water not mixing well. This can result in scalding burns. It has been a problem for months, as per other travellers’ comments. Needs urgent fixing.
5. Khalid, the manager, is very kind and helpful.

Great location for exploring Silom and the surrounding area. Sala Darby station is nearby. There are lots of dining and drinking options available. The room was clean and comfortable, although the water temperature in the shower swung back and forth between freezing and scalding. Breakfast was very good and there is a full gym and pool on the ground floor. Self-service laundry was always in use and you need coins, which the front desk wasn’t able to help with.

少し古いホテルをリノベーションして営業されてる感じですね。テレビ視聴できるチャンネルが結構少なく、物足りなさを感じます。ほかのバンコクのホテルと値段が1泊3,000円ほど安いが、その分以上に魅力に欠ける

良い意味でも悪い意味でも宿泊料金に見合ったホテルだと思います。
スタッフの皆さんの対応や朝食ビュッフェは満足出来るレベル。
部屋の設備がもう少し充実（自動洗浄トイレやシャワーヘッドの水漏れの改善、等）してもらえれば再訪するが、現状設備のままであれば再訪はしないと思う。
