Its very kind and pleasant for the receptionist in the hotel. They are very helpful and provide good service for the clients. The room type I booked was Royal Wing but then upgrade to highest floor at Paradise Wing. Breakfast is good and the swimming pool is large. Although the opening time is not ideal(from 7a to 7p), its a traditional pool style for tourist. The hotel site is near to Jungcelon mall and Patong beach with free shuttle service. The hotel is old fashion but acceptable.

The hotel is really valued for money. The location is convenient, close to the busiest streets and main attractions of Patong. The room is large with a nice pool view. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the spa. The pickup van is luxurious and the driver is friendly and on time.

Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card, Passport. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.

* Children age below 2 years old sharing bed with parent free of charge, child age 4 - 10 years old sharing bed with parent additional charge 400 THB per child per night, pay direct to hotel on arrival. Maximum 2 child/room
* Accommodation booking for 2 person hotel require 2 guest name for registration if not mentioned extra guest policy will apply at 500 THB per person per night.
* A damage deposit of THB 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card or cash. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card or cash, subject to an inspection of the property
* Credit card use for the booking and guest stay have to same person, if not card holder hotel policy are not allow for check in
* In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay
We are currently in the process of renovating Coconut Coffee Shop “starting from 24 Apr. – 08 Aug., 24 ” (from 08.30 hrs. – 18.00 hrs.). During the renovation, breakfast will be served on the 3rd floor of Paradise Wing.

The hotel service is so far so good, the location is excellent, the swimming pool is good. However, the hygiene is not good in room, too many mosquitoes and insects in room, which make us uncomfortable.
The swimming pool make my child happy even though no slide in there, of coz I wish there was, should be much more fun.

交通出入方便,很近巴東酒吧街及沙灘. 以一間咁有歷史嘅酒店已唔錯，我會给70分, 本人覺得酒店泳池內地碍真的要好好維修及改善，十分容易踢腳及跣倒

以一間咁有歷史嘅酒店已唔錯，我會给80分，若星期六日早餐可延長至11:00 am就好些，另本人覺得酒店泳池內地碍真的要好好維修及改善，十分容易踢腳及跣倒

美中不足是早餐選擇多 但口味唔太岩香港人
酒店剛好進行翻修工程 日間有嘈音和翻修氣味 令人不太舒適
