the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. and the food was nice too! the hotel is abit far from places (but not too much), but that is exactly why it was very serene and quiet and enjoyable. we took a private pool room and it was fun! we could watch sunrise from right outside our room. enjoyed our stay very much :)

Nice view, polite staff, great experience.

We woke up late accidentally and missed our breakfast buffet which ended at 10:30. The private pool and part of the rooms can be seen from outside. Privacy isn't good enough. Except that, everything is very good in the room. Good view, good pool , comfortable bed, huge size of bathtub and bathing area and good welcome gifts. Also, it is near to some really nice and romantic restaurant in the beach.

Pool villa境觀一流，可以聽住海浪聲睡覺，寫意！！ 但房間設備較陳舊，例如窗簾，門鎖都有問題。

Pool villa 望出去個景好靚！自然風，雀仔聲...好舒服嘅環境！好適合情侶，一家大細呀！！交通搭車出市中心地帶要10-15分鐘，唔算遠！個景真係靚！！！

This hotel is overall good. Just my room is near the main road that is quite noisy when the cars pass by.

Hotel staff are helpful, I have to mention their driver 'Auran'. He is very polite, helpful and friendly driver. He is very helpful to show me how to get the tourist attractions. Another staff is in Restaurant, her name is 'Bee'. She is very friendly to all the tourists. She served my breakfast. She is a great staff.

房間大，設施可以，不過可以花點錢維修一下房間，牆身的油漆都開始剝落了，廁所的電制沒電，馬桶沖水不給力。離遊客區有點遠，要騎摩托，不過大堂對面就可以租摩托和有售賣各種當天一日遊，挺好

這間酒店太美了，訂的是海景別墅，房間泳池是無邊境泳池，對着海，超級美的！酒店的人也很好！酒店里有租車和local tour,價錢和旺區的一樣！在蘇梅5天，一定要租車，租了電單車5天，超級方便的！

I was a bit disappointed by the location of the hotel. Although it is next to a beach, it is actually quite far from the city. However, I was impressed by the massage service provided by the hotel spa. Our room was neat and comfy as well. I would give a 4/5 in general.

Nice services from the front desk. Although it's a bit old, it's nice room to relax. And bit far away from the Shopping mall/food count, it has to be take 'TukTuk' or taxi. Just few restaurants nearby, it also has to walk about 15-20mins.

到達酒店，看到房後，訂的沒有海景，查詢可否升級為海景 他們介紹高一級的但我沒有升級，我訂同一級的所有都是沒海景的 我訂的是按摩池套房

酒店有些舊，但還可以，整體是可以的，浴室裡的浴池沒有熱水，真的很失望，但令我最難忘的是早餐，他們的泰式肉丸米粉真的非常好吃，是我在蘇梅吃過最好味的東西

私人泳池加無敵大海景，令人真正享受渡假，職員服務態度誠懇有禮，抵讚

还不错的酒店，按摩浴缸都没怎么使用太吵怕影响到别人，房间内有一点旧了，不过整体可以的，值得再次入住

还不错的一家酒店，泳池很不错，房间里的按摩浴缸声音好吵，说实话浴缸不怎么用的上，酒店最大的缺点就是前面没有沙滩，都是礁石，需要走一段路才能到达沙滩。

今次係honeymoon之旅,一入到房2張床,我話要換,佢話幫我整,點知把2張單人床變做一張double bed, 我講極都話已經幫我地整咗,結果honeymoon被迫好像分開瞓一樣(2床間有個那,瞓呢到會好辛苦的)之後洗手位經常(留)水,差點整濕電制!! 住了5日,我要轉酒店,想話拎膠紙去pack箱,又話冇,我想知係冇定係唔肯借呢? 想話叫酒店送我地d行李去sheraton, sheraton跟酒店只係2條街左右距離,但咁熱當然想要車去啦,竟要收我300B,我有冇聽錯?結果check in sheraton,一話要去the sarann拎行李,人地一句都冇出就準備好車子給我們!!!呢d未叫服務囉!! 酒店位置唔方便,係chewang的盡頭,但除去了這些原因酒店都OK的,只係我唔會再入住!!!

Sea view: The sea view is very good, although small grass land and rocks in between room and sea. Plus, Room facing North East, best to have sun bath from morning to ~3pm. Location: At the South end of Chewang beach, ~8 mins drive from shopping mall Room condition: Clean and tidy. The bad thing is.. 1. hot water supply is unstable, it use up very soon, so we didn't enjoy the bathtub 2. the furniture is a bit old, the wardrobe looks fragile; some of the curtain not working, difficult to adjust; indeed these are minors. Anyway, the bed is comfortable and large. Pool: its length about 10m, water is clean and the pool works all the time. Only bad thing would be the furnishing on the pool sides outside bedroom is old and not clean with a spider, somehow i prefer not to touch that area.This flaw became minor when we have the gorgeous sea view and sunshine Service: The staff is very helpful very nice and speak good English. We enjoy being here.

Awesome jaccuzzi, huge bathroom, very cozy bed, very close to the beach and pretty calm. Although it's quite away from city center, for the hotel it's a plus not to be the next to "the buzz".
