Poor Service Recovery. Faulty Jacuzzi and the entire bed was soaked. No one apologize from the Front desk but only engineering staff, not even changing another room for us; sending the housekeeping to change the bed-sheet or an apology note with fruit basket. Disappointed.

GOOD: 1/ large villa with private pool at good price 2/ just next to the beach and can swim there anytime BAD: 1/ NO toothpaste NO toothbrush provided!!! that was the first time i encountered this problem in any 3-5 stars hotel. They provided everything from free bottled water to shower caps/hair brush etc. Really can't figure out the reason to omit it. Though it could be purchased in the service counter (next day), we only discovered such mystery at mid-night while we want to brush our teeth. Front-desk was called but the one answered didn't speak English well. It took me 5mins to explain to him what we're looking for (initially repeatedly saying sorry no taxi) but of course end up "sorry no toothbrush". So that night and next morning we had to live without brushing teeth. how could one expect no toothbrush? do they expect every customer to check it while moving in? 2/ horrible group of flies around the wall corner outside (next to the shower place). Asked the cleaner once to spray some pesticide, but the next day it came back again 3/ outdoor bath-tube... next to it and above it were trees, so u can expect lots of fallen leaves and insects... we had to clean it ourselves every time before using

达灵岩海滩人很少，但风景绝美！虽然沙滩没有渣文海滩的细腻，但海水湛蓝是那边没法比的，值得住一两天，在海滩上发发呆什么的。要喜欢热闹的就不适合了，参加出海活动什么的也不方便

花园般的酒店给人以世外桃源般的入住体验。二楼的海景房间让你躺在床上或是享用按摩浴缸的同时欣赏绝美的日落景色！

今次蘇梅之旅我住宿了兩天，令我畢生難忘，如果比我再去多次，我會全部日子住在這，因為十分寧靜，與世隔絕，日落海景優美。海風吹動酒店周圍的椰子樹，仿似走到夏威夷一樣。私人沙灘更是一大絕景，因為位置遠離市區原因，晚間天氣好的話，可以看到過億顆星星。最後要提提大家，這裡真的交通十分不方便，如要坐的士，每程至少1000銖才能出到市區，機場到這裡要1600銖，如果你懂駕車的話要小心駕駛，因晚間周邊完全沒有街燈及太多小路。

The hotel is small but the service is good. We can see sunset every day. We enjoy the holiday in Ko Samui.

The location is far away downtown. Silence for family holiday. We spent memroiable Chinese New Year in this hotel. My friends and me enjoy the holiday!

住宿条件不错，网上预订的时候只剩下园景房，但是入住的时候刚好有一间海滨villa，就升级了，服务很好，生日过的很开心。

很好的酒店。服务人员让人感觉很温暖。我们一行两对夫妻。一开始定的普通房间。但由于正好赶上老公生日。我们就把房间升级到了海景房。海景房有自己独立小院。按摩亭。泳池。环境真的不错。因为我们升房。酒店给朋友免费升到了园景房。老公生日之前一天。主管特意悄悄把我叫到一边。问我要不要给老公惊喜。我选择了他建议的在自己院子里bbq。7点钟。有专人在院子里服务bbq。感觉超级棒。吃的也不错。酒店还给准备了鲜花。蛋糕。吃完之后。酒店还给准备了在沙滩上放孔明灯。老公说。这个生日很难忘。酒店地理位置比较偏。想走着去热闹的地方是不太可能。酒店可以租车。丰田三厢1500B/天。雅马哈摩托300B/天。我们都尝试了。有了交通工具。一天之内环岛游不是问题。酒店会提供地图。总之。这个酒店是个不错的选择。我想我下次还会选择sunset的。

非常好！这是我住过最满意的酒店，房间整洁舒适，员工服务周到，态度友好，并尽力满足客人的需求，所包含的自助早餐食物丰富，除了出行不是太方便外，一切都很美好！

Secluded area meaning lovely quiet beach away from tourists, will need to hire bike/car to get around as it not walkable. We loved our stay, it is a very quiet family run hotel. The staff are lovely but sometimes hard to find anyone maybe a low season thing. We stayed in beachfront villa which was very big, bathroom/shower was outside which is cute but attached lots of mosquitoes. Coiled were lit daily but they do run out/don’t stop all.

A lovely quiet hotel and area. Makes it feel very sedate and away from it all. Had the entire beqch to ourselves. Great Thainfood in the beach restaurant. Felt very family run. If you wabt to chill this is the place

This is a wonderful boutique hotel set on a gorgeous sandy beach. The gardens and pool are beautiful. It’s a very quiet relaxing place with very friendly, helpful staff. There are two kayaks and a paddleboard available free of charge. There is a hotel spa that offers massages on the beach and also a massage place on the beach next to the hotel. The hotel restaurant is very good. For more choice, the Intercontinental Hotel is next door and there are a couple of restaurants just a short walk along the beach.

We have visited this hotel in the past but this was the first time we've stayed...and we will definitely be back! The hotel and setting is beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful and even though we had one or two issues with our room they acted promptly and efficiently to put things right. We were also lucky to experience the best sunset we've ever seen...on the beach with cocktails in hand...what's not to like!

We stayed at Sunset Beach in September 2019, the so-called "Rainy Season". Our stay was absolutely perfect. First and foremost, it is on the quiet side of the island and away from all noise. If you are considering this over Chewang Beach, do not hesitate. This is a lush getaway - the cities are crowded parties. We were greeted with coconuts and we practically had the place to ourselves due to the down season. The property is immaculate, the service is perfect, the beach is nice and the water is warm. They arranged for a schooner to pick us up and take us snorkeling, as well as a scooter rental so we could zip around. It was our own personal Corona commercial - I wouldn't change a thing. No bugs at all, rooms clean, in a word - paradise. This is definitely a hidden treasure on Koh Samui. Only one single complaint: the food is too expensive. There is a very good beachside cafe about a 5 minute walk down the beach that is literally half the price of the resort restaurant. They were also sensitive to us dining off the property because it was the slow season. But the fact of the matter is that the food options nearby are just too cheap to ignore, and the beach cafe is every bit as picturesque and secluded as the resort. This is the single complaint. Do not hesitate to book here. You will not regret it. It will be your own personal paradise. Oh yeah and the massage was the best we had in the country.
