飯店位於西岸, 擁有很大片很美的海灘, 是看夕陽最佳位置 住宿整體感覺佳, 有機會會在入住

酒店有保安在入口，私隱及安全度很高。 酒店環境清幽，住在裡面很放鬆，周圍都是樹林但不會有大量蚊蟲。 房間也很乾淨舒適，很喜歡那沐浴乳的味道

Perfect beach hotel! The private beach was beautiful and clean. Staffs there were super nice and helpful. Food was good too, especially the breakfast.

蘇林飯店不太屬於熱鬧區域，對於想要有悠閒渡假環境的人再適合不過了！裡面的服務人員也都很親切很有笑容，飯店設施齊全，最喜歡的就是他們的私人沙灘，沙灘的沙又細又乾淨，且飯店整潔度高，假如下次再去普吉島，蘇林飯店一定是我首選！級推！ ！

員工服務非常親切，好有笑容，亦好貼心，每次到泳池休閒都會馬上送上水，連一些工程維修員對住客都非常有禮，沙灘上已經有按摩好方便（不過比起街上會貴出一倍）只有一個不方便就是要花10分鐘時間出去食飯，如果有車來回接送就好，因為有段斜路

It is close to the beach and take 10 mins walk can be in the street. we can easy to get the shop close to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was good and very quite and peaceful condition.

我入住3晚房号223山景房，最后一天退房因为订了一点去机场的出租车，所以预先向前台一位叫RON的职员提出延迟半个小时退房，我住过无数酒店对这微不足道的要求都不会拒绝，没想到这个职员以有其他宾客要入住为由生硬的拒绝，完全不是顶级五星级度假酒店的体量。

very beautiful private beach front with a great selection of water sports facilities. hotel has many steps and stairs. they have buggy to take you to and fro hillside and lobby, but there are still many stairs to walk from lobby to beach front. dining options are also quite limited. beach restaurant BBQ buffet is only scheduled a few times in a month.

整體非常好，房間非常舒適，有飯店自己的沙灘，但是附近沒有什麼東西，交通也比較不方便

Very nice hotel, but reception lobby is located at the top of the hill. You have to be physically strong to walk up all the stairs from the beach to the lobby!

如果只為渡假，絕對是首選，地利位置是寧靜的，自己獨享一個水清沙幼的沙灘，沙灘很大浪，游水不宜，沖浪或浸泡是可以的。 酒店對員工應該很不錯，每個員工都很熱情。 如果喜歡夜生活那裡是不適合的，離鬧市是較遠，但我是老人家只為太陽與海灘，這裡是一流首選。 如果價錢許可，可以選擇海邊小屋，感受一下寧靜的海邊生活。 本人已去過布吉十次了，大部份地方都去過，最貴的，平的都住過

非常适合家庭度假，很安静，很安全的一个酒店。服务超好。酒店内消费比较贵，不过这么好的服务也值了吧。中国人很少，都是欧美国家的游客。住这个酒店，英语要好一点，否则无法沟通会很麻烦。喜欢这里。

A gorgeous resort tucked away in a private cove on a pretty part of the Phuket coastline. The rooms are individual cottages that are nicely designed and stylishly furnished. The staff and service are top level - professional and well trained. They could not have been nicer to us and the stay was very memorable.

EXCELLENT! The Surin does not miss a thing. Every little detail from the beach bags, hats. The pillow menu. It was all just divine. Each and every staff member who served us was so kind. The pool is just gorgeous and the right depth. The sun beds were so comfortable, the beach- the cleanest you’ll find in Phuket. My partner and I dined at the beach restaurant and tried the degustation and every dish was delicious and balanced. The place does have stairs so guessing if you were needing wheelchair access it would not suit you. But we did travel with our one year old and had no issues around the property as the carts are always available to transport you where you need to go. We would come back in a heart beat and am already dreaming of it. Thankyou Surin for an unforgettable experience.
