Otroligt bra läge, personalen var mycket trevlig. Vi hyrde en scooter och åkte runt till dom olika stränderna runtomkring utöver den direkt framför hotellet. Bra mat i området, poolen var bra och skönt med parkering för scootern direkt utanför

Property is very well situated within the Rawai beach front location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, the property itself is very quiet with lovely pools and gardens. Free onsite parking and friendly staff. Highly recommended if you want peace and quiet vacation.

Our studio was small but very nice. Quiet with pool access.Nice deck area to eat or sit at and beds around the pool. Pool a bit shallow but otherwise pleasant. Had everything we needed - good WiFi, TV with English channels. Bathroom with shower. Kitchen with microwave and 2 hobs,fridge, cutlery and crockery. Development next to coffee shop, 7/11 store and restaurants. Very efficient and pleasant.

Great stay, great pool, room cleaned beautifully on a daily basis, right opposite Rawai beach and great that it's not touristy. Would happily stay again.

Clean, new, perfect for solo or couple

The room was quite good and kept very clean, the premises were also very well maintained. My fault = I mustn't have paid any attention to the room size when I booked, it was a small studio room, very nicely located next to pool, but previously I had always had a much larger room. Still, I could not fault the room. Having been here previously I would not return over Christmas/New Year period as the area generally was very crowded.

Overall was good my issue was only having one gate and door card. Should have 2.

Pros: The property grounds are quite nice and the room comfortable. The location is also very good, right across the street from the beach and close to restaurants, etc. The place was clean and it had a nice porch. I didn't use the pool, but I saw others use it and it seemed fine. Cons: The check in was very confusing because there are like 4 entrances and there's no indication which is the correct one. The staff didn't even seem to know because one worker sent me to the wrong entrance. If driving, you have to go through a maze of narrow driveways to get to the place you need to be. Good luck!! The second issue is the fact that this isn't a hotel. It's a condo and just managed by some third party. So if you have a problem, you have to call the owner of the unit and try to have it fixed from afar. In my case, my internet did not work. The box would reset every time I took the door key out of the slot and the electricity went off. Most times, it would not reset properly and I would have no internet. Even when it did reset, it would take forever (20-30 minutes) and would often turn off. I finally broke down and got an unlimited data SIM card and used my phone's hotspot. I suggest you do the same. I would stay here again though because the room, location, and property overcome the small issues.

Sehr sauber, komfortabel, modern und sehr sicher. Nettes Personal und tolle Hotel Anlage! Wir waren überaus zufrieden. Absolute Empfehlung.

Dejligt roligt sted med flere pools man skal bare være opmærksom på det ingen strand er men tager man en taxa er der kun 10 min til den fedeste strand 🏝️🏝️

The bed and pillows were very hard, I slept on the couch most nights which wasn’t much better

Er is een uitstekende bewaking op dit complex. Alles is keurig verzorgd en schoon. Het strand ligt direkt t.o. het complex.
