Toista kertaa tässä hotellissa. Ystävällinen henkilökunta, hotelli perus siisti, huoneiden siivous päivittäin halutessa. Katolta löytyy uima-allas ja pieni alue auringonottoon. Great stay at Tivoli hotel. Good location with a short walk to the metro to get around the city. Room was tidy and well maintained through our stay
Rooftop pool was a great way to cool off - there were a few pigeons drinking from it so unsure of the cleanliness. Overall a great place to stay in a budget friendly hotel

I liked the hotel. The pool on the roof was very nice. The room was very big. I was only on the 3rd floor and the one window didn't close 100% (it was open a crack) so I heard a tiny bit of street noise but not much. The cleaners were great. They came everyday at 1 or 2pm when I went up to the pool. They refreshed the room and it was great to come back to a clean room and restocked toiletries and drinking water. The one thing that could improve is the cleanliness of the bathtub and caulking around it. The caulking had a fair bit of black mold on it so on my 2nd day of my 8 day stay I bought some bathroom cleanser and just cleaned it myself--then I had a nice bath :). I didn't want to bug the staff or create unpleasant relations with the cleaning staff. They were really quite good otherwise. The air conditioner worked well and kept the room cold. The kitchen area was nice with mini fridge and granite countertop. I felt it could have used a microwave or coffee maker but it did not have either. I'd definitely stay here again. It was good value and a ncie place for the price.

I have stayed here before and the overall impression now is that it has slightly deteriorated since then. It 's probably just details, however the lack (or unwillingness) of maintenance is visible. While the rooftop pool is still gorgeous, the sun loungers and chairs are broken! The rooms I had was still spacious, clean and comfy, however it looked worn. The check-in procedure (or the staff) that day was unflexible, I was told to wait until 2p. M. Official check in time before they would check me in. That said, it was still a nice stay.

ในแอพแจ้งว่ามีไดร์เป่าผมให้แต่ไม่มีค่ะ แต่ไม่เป็นไรห้องถือว่าดีมากๆ สะอาด เดินทางง่ายใกล้mrt ใกล้เซเว่น คุ้มกับราคาค่ะ

Hotel is quite old but well maintenances. Good value for the price. Especially, room cleaning was perfect. We could spent so comfortable stays. Thanks a lot!

The room size is big and has a lot of space but the room didn't have a kettle and no hairdryer had to go down to get hot water every morning. The overall condition of the room is old and they need to change the cabinet and the wardrobes but for this price point is considered quite worth it

ระบบการแจ้งว่าผู้พักต้องการทำห้องหรือไม่ของโรงแรมนี้ไม่ดีมากๆ เลยค่ะ ตอนที่เข้าพักสามวัน สองวันแรกที่ออกไปก็คือกดปุ่มหน้าห้องบอกไว้ว่าไม่ต้องทำห้อง แต่พอกลับมาก็คือมีคนเข้ามาทำให้แล้วทุกวัน ขนาดวันที่สองเจอพนักงานหน้าห้องก็บอกไปแล้วว่าไม่ต้องทำ แต่กลับเข้ามาก็ยังทำอยู่ดี ความเป็นส่วนตัวไม่ค่อยมีค่ะ พอนำเรื่องไปบอกพนักงานที่ล็อบบี้ก็ไม่ได้ดูสนใจเท่าไหร่ บอกแค่ว่าถ้าไฟตก ปุ่มที่แจ้งหน้าห้องก็จะหายไป (ก็คือไฟตกทุกวัน?) ควรเปลี่ยนมาเป็นป้ายแขวนไว้หน้าห้องดีกว่าค่ะ แถมในห้องก็มีแมลงสาบตัวใหญ่มากๆ โผล่มาจากท่อระบายน้ำของอ่างอาบน้ำ เข้าพักสามคืน เจอไปสองคืน ตัวเดียวกัน วันที่สองปิดท่อระบายน้ำก่อนออกจากห้อง แต่พอมีคนมาทำห้องก็เปิดท่อ มันก็เลยออกมาอีก อันนี้รู้สึกโกรธมากๆ ค่ะ กลับมาเหนื่อยๆ ยังต้องมาไล่แมลงสาบอีก พอบอกพนักงาน เขาก็แค่ทำหน้าอี๋ๆ ใส่ แต่ไม่ได้พูดจาเหมือนเป็นห่วงลูกค้าใดๆ เลยค่ะ ไม่โอเคมากๆ (เจอแมลงสาบที่ห้อง 218 ค่ะ รบกวนจัดการทีนะคะ เดี๋ยวลูกค้าคนอื่นเขามาเจอเหมือนกัน)

ขอหมอน เพิ่ม ใบละ 50 บาท ทั้งที่ ห้องนึง ผู้ใหญ่ 2 คน ต้องได้หมอนนอน คนละ 2 ใบ โดยปกติ นี่ คือ คิดเงินได้ไง
