Pros: - great location near night market - good breakfast available - comfortable bed Cons: - owner tried to "share" the refund I was due after having to change rooms (he eventually backed down, but I felt he was trying to take advantage of a solo female) - hotel doesn't seem to receive any "special requests" made when booking

Just off the main road that runs from the historical park to New Sukhothai. Maybe a 15 - 20 minute drive. The guesthouse has parking at the back. I booked last minute and am happy I booked here. The room is small but comfortable with a small fridge. The fridge and air conditioning were a bit noisy at night but this didn’t bother me but could bother some. I stayed in late December so wouldn’t be a problem to switch both off at night. The staff were very friendly.

A solid place in the heart of New Sukhothai. Rooms are definitely clean with a slight ant problem. AC is good in my superior room, but can’t be turned on until your hotel let us placed in the slot (you can’t return to a cooled room). Daily restocked water bottles were definitely appreciated, as well as the mini fridge in the room. Owner spoke good English and was able to help me navigate the area.

TR Guesthouse is a good budget acomodation. For only 12 USD you get a nice bedroom, a comfortable bed, good shower in the best location of new Sukhothai. Close to best reviewed bars and restaurants. The breakfast wasn't included and it's standard, nothing amazing. The staff speaks very little English, but that's ok.

We had a wonderful stay at TR Guesthouse. After many tremendously hard beds around SE Asia, our bed here was heaven. The room was otherwise comfortable, though if the window had a screen, all the better. Lovely bathroom, with excellent shower pressure, and all very clean. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The common area/restaurant was airy and nice to hang out in, plus breakfast was good. It was also really easy to get to the old city by local bus. We loved it!

The room was totally remodelled, good lighting except for over the bathroom mirror, New tiles throughout, king size comfortable bed with colourful cushions and bright pictures on the walls.

Nous avions choisi un bungalow. Calme. Bonne situation, dans la nouvelle ville.

Super séjour! Guesthouse paisible, propre et personnel adorable! Super bien située avec une navette à 30thb pour le parc archéologique.

予約時の部屋詳細に明記されている２ベッドルームと無料ボトルを頼んだら 安い部屋なので無しと言われた、あなたのは安い部屋と何度も強調され気分 は良く無かった、クーラーも調整出来ず、夜中に何度もon.offを手動で した。
