接待员和保安都非常友好。保安甚至帮我们拦了出租车。他们分享了一些旅行信息。房间宽敞干净，所有东西都是新的。住得很舒服。客房服务做得很好。附近有很多餐厅，靠近轻轨站和购物中心，还有7-11和全家便利店。很棒的地方。非常适合住宿。早餐非常美味。我还会再来的。

整體環境一般，
花灑的水龍頭是損壞的，
水會從兩旁噴出。
馬桶沒有每天清潔，
棉花棒使用了也沒有補充，
只有毛巾有每天更換。
服務人員態度親切，
也很主動提供幫忙。

I booked with requests for not close to lift, but when check in, the staff still arrange the room exactly opposite to the lift which causing much noise at night. After complaining twice for the next day, they allow to change to another room finally

The reception staff and porters are friendly and efficient. The internet speed is good. The gym is well equipped. The pool is too small for a proper swim but still a nice place to relax with a nice rooftop bar. It's located in an excellent area for getting around - 10 mins walk to Nana BTS and 15 to Sukhumvit MRT. The only negative was the housekeeping. One day the room wasn't cleaned,even though I was out all day, and when it was cleaned, the towels were left hanging on the door, the coffee wasn't always replaced, and the bin wasn't emptied. I know that sounds picky, but I find these things annoying

Hade en fin vistelse här. Nära till tunnelbana och Skytrain. Rent och bra service! Helt okej frukost! Läget är bra, men ett minus är sexindustrin som pågår för fullt på gatan utanför!!
