無敵的海景～～good price

it is more like a residence like its name showed. it has a big balcony with spetculars seaview. it has a useful kitchen with all cooks u need.it has 2 tv with dvd. if u rent a car and decided to stay here for long terms and juat atay in room to enjoy the view and have rest. it will be the best choice. but it is a little bit far away from the road and on the mountain. whcih means u have to climb the mountain every time if uwant to go out frequently. genarally it is a nice exprience to stay in here. i will try it again

Kiva huoneistohotelli ja hyvä hinta/laatusuhde. Hyvänä huomiona, että vastaanotto ei ole koko ajan auki, joten kannattaa laittaa maili, jos saapuminen menee myöhäiseksi. Huoneet ovat isoja ja henkilökunta mukavaa.

The silence of the night at the terrace is very emotional. Very good location to shut up any noise coming from main street. Large and beautiful living room with marble floor is very classy as if we are in a luxury suite of FiveStars hotels. A man looking very strong stands watch at night. I think he is stronger than the security guard of hotels around. Receptionist's english prononciation is easy to listen compared with other thailand people. Wonderful work and quick arrengement of outside office hours at the departure in the early morning on Sunday. A driver(i think it was not TAXY,friend of receptionist?) came to our room on time (5:00 AM) and we could get the airport in safe time. There is a Loundry Service at the foot of the slope. Very cheap, very nice, very soft, and gooood perfume of finished clothes. I have my clothes in one day. only 30-40 Bahts per kg.(i dont remember exactly) Location of this apartment is on a steep slope,so if you have some Tours with "pick-up",they might not be able to come up for "pick-up". It means you may fail to join tours you booked. Avoiding troubles,you shold go down the slope and wait a pick-up car in front of Family-mart. In a case of taxy,a taxy driver even native person was afraid of going up this slope. If you dont want to go up on your foot,only one word helpful "I can do it".

The hotel was full of ants & geekos, the staff where not there, when we arrive.. only a boy, who was stoned i think, he didnt know everything, he dont even shown us where the pool was etc, the rooms service is also terrible... the hotel is sooo far from chaweng, and even the taxi wants to come to pick you up.. soo when Ou are a old couple, and u want to relax whitout nois, maybe i would be a good place.. We booked for 7 days, in the end i moved after 2 days..

Es war alles perfekt, die Aussicht einfach ein Traum! Angestellte waren sehr sehr freundlich! Schöner Aussenpool! Einfach perfekt. Ich war 4 Tage in der Sweet mit Whirlpoolwanne am Balkon. Und weil es so schön war habe ich unseren Aufenhalt um 4 weitete Tage hier verlängert jedoch im Studio direkt vor dem Pool!

Very good place for a family holiday. Beautiful view from the windows and the balcony of the hotel. In 10 minutes walking the Macro supermarket is located, if you drive 5 minutes you will find the second supermarket TescoLotus. The hotel is on a hill, young people easily climb up to it, the elderly are better by car (parking is free). Nearby we found the best beach of all. Fish, crabs and snow-white sand. Do not forget the mask for diving.

A great stay, and the management and staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. I stayed in a penthouse 2-bedroom and the views are stunning. Lots of space inside and out. It's very close to one of my favorite stretches of beach - just down the hill and across the road, however it is quite a steep hill and so I recommend you get a car or scooter. Would stay here again and recommend.

Accueil très agréable après un tour rapide de notre location. Appartement très lumineux et spacieux. Magnifique vue sur la plage. Cependant quelques traces sur les murs blancs de moustiques ou autres insectes. Balcon avec jacuzzi très agréable. Je recommande cette location.

Sehr guter Service, schönes gut eingerichtetes Zimmer mit grossem Balkon und Fernsicht auf das Meer, absolute Ruhe und ideal zum Entspannen.

horrible, no service, bad wifi, no room service, limited front desk times, staff will try and rip you off, will rent out scooters for 400 bah per day but down the street you can get it for 300bah for 3 days. Far away from every thing. toilet was not clean, kitchen has no cutlery, private pool was not clean at all (apparently it gets cleaned every 3days)

Chris and his Staff are outstanding ,,, The WiFi was not so great but i didnt go on vacation to sit in my room on my Ipad :-) ,,, Also use Santas Travel for your Scooter rental.

Super séjour, Les infrastructures ont seulement 2 ans, le personnel est super sympa!

レジデンスなのでホテルのようなサービスはありませんが、自由にのんびり過ごせます。急な坂道を上った所にあるので、見晴らしがとてもよく、バルコニーにあるジャグジーでのんびりバスタイムを過ごすのはHappy timeそのものです。が、その反面、高台なので徒歩でどこかに出かけるのはかなりきついですし、困難です。チェックインの時に「バイクを借りたい」と伝えると15分ぐらいでバイクを持ってきてくれるますよ。

Etablissement agréable, bien situé entre plage et centre ville. Attention ça grimpe, nécessaire d'avoir une voiture ou un scooter. Très belle vue panoramique. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Petit problème de literie a l'arrivée, résolu rapidement, personnel très réactif et agréable. Très bon conseils sur les visites, les plages ... bref un staff au petit soin.

Good condition, roomy, modern appartment , big tv in every room , but few channels and very bad signal are useless to watch, water pressure is too low, took about 1 hour to fill bath tub, only 2 small pillows and poor quality bed cover, very high up on a hill, but very nice view .

Booked this hotel for two nights but ended up staying an extra night because of how impressed we were with it. Night before we stayed in a different hotel on the other side of island and for the same price per night we could not believe the difference in value. I could easily live in this apartment. Everything in brand new condition and clean. We also absolutely loved the shower, Massive rain-head and wall spray. The quality of the room is on par with 5 star hotels I have stayed in Bangkok (200$+ per night). Manager of this place is really helpful and friendly. Place is located bit uphill, so I would recommend getting a car or a scooter which you can ask for at reception and is delivered promptly. If you have money to throw away you can always rely on the taxi, but in Samui taxi can be 10x the price of what it is in Bangkok.
