I was disappointed at first glance, but once inside I was impressed with the large comfy bed, good shower (water pressure), stylish marble tile throughout, responsive staff, reasonably close enough to major Sukhumvit nightlife (about a 20 to 30 min walk), and safe neighborhood despite looking very seedy and gritty. I will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Stayed for 4 nights .. Spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed are among the comfiest I've ever tried. Had a very good nite sleep.
Staff is pleasant and easy to deal with. Overall an excellent place.
The property is at the tail end of Sukhumvit 22 but near to all amenities like 7/11, laundromat, dispensary, food shops etc

Big room, nice bed. Not too hard or soft. Good price for a place not too far from the main areas of Bangkok. Short trips to many areas. The wifi isn’t that strong, but I never had strong wifi at any hotels So I just use my 5g

Staff are warm and friendly. The team that runs the place is experienced and very professional, and even junior / newer staff staff are well trained.
The cleaning team takes great pride in keeping the place very clean, and are cheerful - always a sign of good and kind management.
It's an older building but renovated thoughtfully and kept in good order. Rooms are a good size.
Among the no-frills options in the heart of the city, this is a really good option and highly recommended.
Location is decent, about 10-12 mins walk to BTS station, with some excellent local food choices very close by the property.

First time I've stayed at this hotel....i booked here for 2 nights initially, and when i seen my room and how comfortable it was, i immediately booked another 3 nights here.... nice quiet hotel, very friendly, helpful staff, reasonably priced, clean, spacious rooms..... i definitely recommend staying here. 👍
