Nice hotel, shuttle to hotspots near hotel, very convenient

I appreciate the hotel staffs are very nice to customers. They actively communicate with customers. Every morning, they provide good taste of breakfast. Moreover, they can rapidly arrange technicians to unlock toilet door when I called front desk get help in the mid-night. This proves the hotel excellent services have worth 5 stars rating. Thanks.

服務好客房環境佳乾淨

這間酒店非常乾淨，而且員工也頗nice。整體設計也挺有格調，尤其是餐廳裡有一個3米*4米的大魚缸，內裡有各種熱帶魚及珊瑚，真的十分美。唯一不好的是，酒店的位置不近任何BTS，MRT站，所以那幾天我都只能以Grab代步。而當早上有行程的話，就很容易遇上塞車，以致趕不上local tour的集合時間。

Nice & quiet boutique hotel. Pool open 24 hours and have a steam and sauna room besides it. Easy to get Grab car around.

酒店不错，基础设施也都很好，就是有点会有点绕路，不过够安静。 wifi 信号一般，望改善。

一般酒店應該有的服務跟設施，雖然不是完美，但他們都盡量提供。可以看到職員嘗試為你服務的努力。只是找整潔的住所，這絕不失望。設施不大，但至少有泳池、桑拿跟健身室。雖然提供的早餐不太對口味，但也不失體驗。最重要的，是提供當地的士預約，對個人遊而言，泰國十分需要此種服務。而酒店本身也有穿梭巴士服務，基本購物要求不難做到。

The service is perfect, especially the shuttles bus service, the car is clean and big. And all the things can come very flexibility and personally. All the staffs are very nice , no matter the driver or the receptionist. The room is clean and comfortable, if the corridor with decorate will be more better. Beside the lobby is beauty , but the breakfast is a little bit small choice, and they are not attractive. The location is near with the houses , not many restaurants or shops, but they provide shuttle bus service so it can make up for it.

The staff is super nice. The hotel is nice and cosy. The Thai restaurant nearby is good too.The only thing that I might have to say is that there is no hairdryer available. Other things are all good.

Classy place!

What I like is that it is a stand along building by itself and the surrounding is quite and not much noise. The thing that can be improve maybe the check in time and what kind of day trip they can offer.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. Even though we checked in late at night the staff were friendly and provided us with a welcome drink. We had a family deluxe room which was one large bed for 2 adults and 2 children. It was a bit of a squeeze but we managed. In hindsight, we should have requested an extra bed but it was so late, we didn’t want to make a fuss. Breakfast was very nice, it was buffet style with different options for a hot meal plus you could help yourself to cereal, pancakes, toast and drinks. They also offered Thai breakfast. After breakfast, we had a walk around the local area, it was very quiet and felt safe. Check out was at 12pm but we were able to stay and use the hotel facilities until our taxi collection at 5pm. We really enjoyed using the pool and the staff allowed our children to pet the bunnies and Mr William the giant tortoise!! We had pizza for lunch which was very tasty. It’s a shame we only had one night here, we would have definitely stayed longer and would definitely return.

V20 hotel is an excellent place to stay in Bangkok if you want some peace and quiet away from the main hustle. Staff are really friendly. It is quite a distance away from the main tourist areas but the hotel does offer a free shuttle to the nearest train. The only problem is getting back. Most suitable for couples.

This hotel is a bit old and out dated. It is situated in an area that is a bit hidden. Have to go through multiples alleys to get to the hotel. It does not have a lobby, just a small room with 2 chairs. If you need to wait for your ride, have to wait outside or the restaurant area. Also our air conditioner does not work that great. Had to get service and then it got cooler. It was at 76F which is a bit warmer for us folks that are used to the cold. Once fixed, it dropped to about 70F which is fine. I have 3 thermometers with me due to carrying insulins, so that’s how I know the room temperature. Breakfast is okay. It is tiny and nothing spectacular. I would not recommend paying for breakfast though due to the limited options. You can just go get breakfast elsewhere and save your money, and get what you want. There is a washer/dryer at the back which you can do your own laundry. It cost about 100 baht in total for both the washer and dryer. Very reasonable. There is a gym and a pool. We went during high season and hotel isn’t too crowded. So if you want a quiet hotel, this would be it. Unfortunately our next door had a toddler that would scream at the top of their lung when crying and had woke us up multiple times throughout the night. Nothing to do with hotel, but just annoying. Overall, not a bad hotel, but not the greatest either. The staffs are super friendly. Just wish the hotel is nicer. They do offer free shuttle to the nearest BTS station.
