非常好的周年紀念體驗

整體員工服務很好，很有笑容很樂於助人。 泳池旁的餐廳早餐味道很好很合我們的口味，價錢十分合理也算便宜。午餐也不錯，但是價錢貴了一點。 環境總括都很好，之前擔心比較鄉郊的環境會有很多蚊蟲，但是他們滅蟲方面做得不錯，住了七天也沒有被蚊蟲叮咬。 房間每天清潔蠻不錯的，尚算整理；衹是第一天入住的時候被鋪有點異味，第二天打電話到服務台要求換被鋪後就沒有這情況出現。 我們入住了兩層的別墅房，外出的泳池水有幾天都比較寒冷，如果以今次的經驗，下次會要求陽光比較充足的房間，小朋友每天游泳就不怕著涼又可以游玩長一點時間。 這次總括來說，家人對房間、環境、員工和餐廳的服務整體十分滿意，感謝這酒店給了我們一個愉快的渡假環境，我們有機會會再來的。 。

泳池可以開夜些，被子和枕袋有異味

飯店設施維護的很好，游泳池很漂亮，晚上在餐廳用餐，很好吃。飯店的服務人員都很親切

環境優美，服務親切，無邊際泳池非常適合拍照，地理位置雖然較遠，但善用Grab或飯店提供的每日三趟定時接駁服務仍能仍能解決交通問題

環境優美,寧靜,員工友善,泳池及設施非常整潔美麗,蚊蟲很少可以接受,適合自駕,房間很大,晚上睡覺可以聽到小昆蟲叫聲,十分美滿,期望下次再能入住

Nice environment. Fresh air. Nice staff. Great breakfast and dinner environment. But not enjoyable in the room. Room design has problem. Shower door cannot be closed and shower water flooding everywhere. Told front desk and she said it is the hotel design and every room has the same problem. We ended up soaking water every night. Bad toilet design, only one sliding door for either shower or toilet. Room has bad smell but luckily the weather was cool so we ended up opening the door to the balcony the whole day. Shower faucet has problem. Too dim in the shower. Can’t even see the shower gel or shampoo. Need to go outdoor to wear make up because the toilet is too dark. If this only happens to our room they should not offer this to guests. Or they should change room for us. If this happens to all room then it is ridiculous. No one told us there is shuttle bus in the hotel. Nice environment but will not recommend.

飯店非常美麗且與大自然非常親近，在飯店用餐都很舒適，泳池和戶外空間也都很棒，接駁服務也非常的好，房間很大很舒適，但有些設備老舊有損壞情況，但小問題不影響飯店的舒適程度，mini bar酒類價格合理，非常享受！

今次第二次入住不過好失望，check in 時櫃枱接代員麻麻，浴室漏水房間有大量螞蟻入咗房後來要轉房，茶杯內有一條體毛，早餐同上次比有失望！

景觀不錯，浴室漏水問題嚴重，早餐選擇還不錯，很遺憾網站說的電影借閱服務沒有了，泳池也因為私人派對不對住客開放

旅館位於山區，環境優雅，服務也不錯。 適合放鬆，放空。因為離清邁市區較遠，如果有逛街購物需求的人，就不建議。 附近沒有餐廳，只能在Resort 用三餐，餐食普通，可吃但不特別優秀。

Great stay, but part of the facilities should upgrade

酒店環境很舒適，令人很放鬆，有做spa and facial treatment, 兩樣都好正，值得一試，價錢合理(相比香港），infinity pool 很舒服，只是餐廳選擇不多，款式也是，其實距離機場無想像中咁遠，有shuttle bus去夜市及市中心，可惜班次很少

The location is a bit remote, takes around 30 mins to the town center but the free shuttle bus service compensates for it(though not frequent). Staffs are very helpful and friendly, food is tasty and affordable, swimming pool has a perfect view and the whole environment is serene. The room is a bit worn but nonetheless cosy. Overall, it is a great place for those who seeks tranquility.

完全可以係酒店輕鬆過一整天！ staff非常有禮貌！但按摩池需要多加清潔！

很relax

Stayed in the resort for 6 days, love this place to be located away from the city centre so that we could savour a truly relaxing vacation, yet not much a challenge to grab a taxi via different apps to any destination at anytime. We were two couples visiting Chiang Mai for the first time, which two of us had our birthdays during that week. The staff got the idea of my friend's birthday as his wife ordered a cake delivery at 12 midnight and the resort surprised us with a simple but heartfelt decoration in their room!! Two days later on my birthday, my friends prepared me 'happy birthday' balloons in our room while enjoying our cake. On the following day, a small cupcake platter was left in our room by the hotel staff, probably they get to know my birthday by the balloons. It was so kind of them all to do all these! Heartfelt thank you! More hangers near the bathtub to hang up the towels / clothes will be good.

房間寛敞整潔，服務迅速主動兼英語能力不錯。環境清靜兼有房間露臺相連的便利。適合一班朋友渡假相聚。唯地點偏遠每每花最少半小時往市中心。酒店接駁車班次疏落，這點宜加改善。

無線網路雖然有些不穩定，只要通知飯店人員都很積極改善。戶外泳池視野遼闊，美不勝收。美中不足是客房淋浴龍頭冷熱與強弱無法雙向調整。
