Séjour parfait le seul bémol les chambres de base sont sans fenêtre mais ça est pas très dérangeant au calme malgré la proximité des rues animées très en proximité qui permettent le soir de sortir et de s amuser

Mitten im Leben und doch super ruhig. Das Familienzimmer war super und der Pool war perfekt für uns. Das Zimmer war super und die Betten sehr bequem. Auch die Klimaanlage war nicht zu laut. Zusätzlich konnten wir das große Fenster zum Lüften öffnen. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Super loud at night. Sounds like a nightclub. If you want a party hotel then fine. Otherwise stay anywhere else.

Joli hôtel, quartier vraiment très sympa et vivant, lit king size incroyable. Petit défaut, l'eau est chaude dans la douche et on ne peut pas aérer la chambre correctement car il y a la clim et les fenêtres bloquées. Mais un super séjour

Cozy hotel, friendly personell, ok room itself, but bathroom needs renovation. It had fir example an unpleasant smell similar to urine which followed akso into the room itself. Sound isolation not good either. Nice area.

Great hotel, perfect location and friendly staff.

It has a wonderful location, khao sang its pretty near, we rested very good. But they never cleaned our room, three days without cleaning service.

Pas d’eau chaude, des fourmis sur les lits. Pas de fenêtres dans la salle de bains , on entendait tout . Très bruyant jusqu’à 5h du matin . Moisissure partout dans la salle de bains et j en passe

Beautiful place to stay.. it’s near by the most beautiful attractions.. The location is perfect for restaurants, lively streets markets and if you want to have fun nights too! The rooms were clean and comfortable. I recommend this hotel 100%.

The staff are very friendly. And there is a chilled vibe about the place. The rooms are in need of some updating but overall we will keep coming back

It's right in the midst of Banglamphu

I booked this hotel for my girlfriend a week before I arrive. She works on Khao San Road and getting home was absolutely chaotic due to Songkran. Villa Cha Cha made it easy while providing a gorgeous room for her to stay in and avoid the traffic. She said the bed was cozy, the shower and bathroom were nice, and the pool looked very nice. Overall cannot wait for my stay so I can review again from my point of view!

Good place to stay if you visiting Bangkok

We loved the location of this property - close enough to everything, yet enough distance from the noise of the khaosan road. Rooms were reasonably sized and clean, good enough for the 3 day stay (4 rooms in our group). We were prewarned that the rooms did not have windows which was fine, however you would expect more internal lighting than there was. Poorly lit, ok if you didn’t spend much time there. Reception staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for you. Be warned though if you book through Expedia and need to contact the hotel directly the back office team are extremely unresponsive. We tried to speak to them urgently a few days before our stay - no response by email, phone (straight through to answerphone on several attempts) or message via Expedia. Very poor customer service. Also unresponsive during and after our stay. We have deliberately waited a few weeks before writing our review in the hope that this position would change, but alas still no.

The room was small and fairly clean. The shower curtain had mould all on it. The pool was ok but stunk like sewage. Good area for food and bars and massages.
