Villa Cha-Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort

One of the best resorts I ever visited. Amazing views. Slightly pricey food at the hotel. But really good vibes.

Swimming pools needed upgrading and one unable to be used.

Uitzicht vanuit het zwembad was prachtig. Jammer genoeg niet kunnen zwemmen in de zee aangezien vaak door bloed het strand weg overspoeld was. De kamer was redelijk ruim en netjes. Geen 4 sterren waardig. Eerder een 3 sterren. De badkamer was zeker niet 4 sterren. Eerder een 2 Sterren. Als je vanuit Bangkok naar Krabi gaat dan is het personeel in Krabi in vergelijking met Bangkok een stuk minder gastvrij. Wel aardig verder. De schoonmaakster kwam toch elke keer weer kloppen op de deur ondanks het bordje do not disturb. Het hotel is in mijn ogen niet 4 sterren waardig. Het perceel met de zwembaden en massage hut en prachtige omgeving zeker wel 4 sterren waardig. De kamer zijn zo gehorig dat ik de buurman hoorde plassen.

Beautiful views, good breakfast

The location is fantastic and close to everything you need. The rooms were big and clean and the dust is amazing. I will definitely go back. This is a very beautiful property and a great location.

You agree to buy friendly helpful staff from the moment you walk in the hotel is beautiful the pool overlooks the sandy beach a great place to relax and unwind. The bedroom was clean. The bed was very comfortable. My balcony was overlooking a building site, so I couldn’t use the tub.

Chambres "luxe" très spacieuses. salles de bain immenses ! Nombreux transats et parasols à disposition. nombreux ombrages naturels avec beaucoup d'arbres sur la propriété. personnel souriant et serviable. seul bémol : le restaurant est trop cher, et annonce les prix hors taxe et sans le service : il faut ajouter environ 17% aux prix affichés. Location de scooters en face de l'hotel à bon prix. La plage à proximité de l'hotel est correcte

The hotel was nice. Great staff, and beutiful views! The hotel needs some maintenance. Our room was nice and clean, but in view of the reception so our balcony or balcony thub was not in use because we were looked at all the time. The breakfast buffet could use a room with air condition. Outside area with a rustic charm.

Very beautiful view and very clean hotel. Luxurious stay, couldn’t be better

We booked an ocean view and paid for 2 nights but was provided a room that overlooked the rooftop. We were celebrating our 30 year wedding anniversary and ended up checking out 1 day early. Was disappointed especially when we checked in, we asked the receptionist to ensure that our room was ocean view.

Good facilities and location. Walking distance to good authentic eateries. We spent 3 nights there and moved on to Aonang.

Great facilities and good peaceful location. Reception staff severely lack an understanding to service customers, poor english and lack of inititive to offer options for tours and transport to local areas. When i enterted the beach, I cut my feet and hands, staff offered no assistance for First Aid other than offer my partner a first aid kit, when asked for an incident / hazard report they did not understand what they were. Management need to review there Policies and Proedures and internal training before they can consider marketing Villa Cha Cha as a creditable Resort. In the meantime, my partner attended to my immediate medical needs and I will try and seek local medical attention if I can find a doctor.

Perfect view with wonderful services.. I will always book this resort for my future bookings

Reservé este hotel porque se veía espectacular en las fotos y tenía casi 5 estrellas pero en realidad cuando ves lo descuidado y viejo que está te desilusionas la limpieza muy bien y el servicio bien

ok i like this hotel. but krabi is nothing sight seen area only hot water spring and emerald pool ok if we go to thai,we will go other place

Really friendly staff at the front desk

I feel like the people at villa chacha were amazing. My only problem was I was not originally given the room I had paid for which they corrected after the second night and it wasn’t their fault I was charged twice when everybody else was charged in my group and was given a room that was way in the back and I had centipedes falling on my head in the middle of the night so I would write this place as perfect except stay away from room 316 I don’t think they had used it in a while and the room in front of it was just a storage area after two nights I was given the room. I thought I was getting I would just suggest booking directly because sorry Expedia booking all of them charge way more and if you find a price online and you call them, they will match it. I was literally paying twice what my friends were paying.
