服務不錯，酒店員工友善，我忘記帶充電線，前台工作人員甚至借了她私人的給我用.就是酒店距離寧曼路等很遠，不過環境好清靜。周邊沒有東西吃和便利店

如果你喜歡寧靜的氣氛 可選擇這邊的住宿 比較起清邁古城及尼曼區 這邊很適合休息 唯獨附近的便利店比較遠 以及如果早餐能夠熱一點 就更好 職員的態度非常親切友善 時常保持笑容 及樂於幫助住客

環境寧靜舒適， 地方清潔，房間寬躺，最讚是職員十分友善，笑容親切，體貼及幫忙，出外叫車都很方便，值得推介。

非常滿意的住宿體驗，服務態度非常好，環境優美，如果早餐豐富一點更好！

Tucked in a quiet part of the city, the hotel is beautiful, serene, quiet. All staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable. well worth the money. nothing to complain about at all. The only thing I could 'suggest' is that the hotel consider adding mosquito repellent nets / doors typically found in Asian countries, just to keep the insects out a little. Otherwise things are pretty much perfect.

Excellent stay on my chiangmai trip, I read all the comments of this hotel online and booked it. This is first time i spent time on writing a review after staying. This lovely villa with spacious room and staffs with BIG HEART , Special thanks to lovely staff Nene and the boys etc giving very informative trip plan on my visits( from temples to markets) I missed their big heart, warm and pure smile, fully hospitality , will definitely add scores of my chiangmai trip. Look forward to stay with them again in future. Please keep up the good work! P.S I used to like to stay at 5 starts hotels like four seasons, sheratons etc . The most important of the thing of a "good" hotel/ villa is : heart I really can feel that this is the villa that TOTALLY SERVED WITH HEART! With this belief , I am sure your villa will explain worldwide , please keep up the good work!:)

A new hotel which opened for six months only. Overall experience was great. Very good service, and all the staff are very friendly. Very comfortable and cosy hotel, and my family were having a great time spending in this hotel. But, there are not many Tuk Tuk outside.

所有服務人員都很貼心很仔細，看到我們淋雨馬上給雨傘，親切問早問安。環境很舒服很安靜，也有免費腳踏車可以借用，太喜歡了！只是稍微遠一點點tuktuk車從古城回來要呃150

環境清幽，房間整潔設施新。員工非常細心體貼，有禮。年前老闆很健談，吃早餐的時候會跟你寒暄，盡量解答。每位員工也很友善。會再入住。

Only stayed for one night but room was clean and had everything we needed. Free breakfast was decent!

Pool was the best part of the hotel. Quiet, almost no users daily. Room was big and clean. Staff were super friendly, kind and helpful. Enjoyed my stay! Area is quiet, but recommended if you prefer serenity.

Another great day at your facility sadly, I had to cut it short, but will highly recommend it to any of my colleagues who would come to visit this wonderful beautiful country thank you very much

I was very happy with the service received at Villa Sanpakoi. I will start with the level of client services. All the staff were very attentive to any request that you have. They're always reafy to help with their beautiful smile. The breakfast was delicious and there was a different menu every day. The place is spotless. The pool is very nice. If you are not looking for a fancy hotel but a clean, decent comfortable and enjoyable, villa Sanpakoi is your hotel ro go to. The location is great. Not in the DT core of Chiang Mai but not too far.
