- Vismaya Suvarnabhumi Luxury Resort provides airport a shuttle transfer to the customers cost at 80 Baht per pax per way (by our schedule every hours) at beginning of hour 6, 7, 8, 9,..... Please look for a hotel staff holding your flight details on the second floor of the Arrival Hall near the information counter. Please submit complete flight details (arrival and departure) during reservation. If flight details are not specified the hotel will not be able to guarantee of the transfer. Especially arrival flight it needed and important to provide a prompt service. For airport's rules, we can not park our shuttle van in front of terminal. Therefore for it would take times of the shuttle arrive from parking area to pick you up. However our staff will be at the Gate number between 3-4 Level 2 (floor) on the arrival terminal to assist you on this. - 10 minutes away from Suvarnabhumi International Airport.

This is like haunted hotel. It’s old and dirty. I just stayed for 12 hours transit to Hong Kong, when we woke up at 4 in the morning to check out, there was electricity shut down in our room. The staff was not helpful and didn’t apologize at all, just said change the room. We were going to check out, how could we change the room? It was a very unpleasant stay where we couldn’t have a good night sleep with electricity shut down and my so heard some children playing outside while it was 3 in the morning. It was haunted house and with the very unhelpful staffs.

周邊很荒無，酒店內一個人都沒有，房間只有那個浴缸是賣點，燈燒了，很暗，沒有即棄拖鞋和牙刷，企浴那邊跟馬桶太貼近，跟朋友一起租了3間房很可怕，像鬼屋。
那個泳池很淺，像是裝飾。
