I had a delightful wedding anniversary stay here. Apple at the front desk welcomed us with a warm smile, and the bell boys in the lobby greeted us with a friendly "welcome" every time we returned. We booked a North Wing Suite, and the room was incredibly spacious. The Wi-Fi was fast enough to handle my work needs, and the Jacuzzi bathtub was fantastic. The balcony offered stunning views of both the sea and the beautiful pool area. The pool was absolutely amazing, with a fun float area for kids—lots of children were having a blast. The breakfast selection was average but covered all the essentials. The gym, however, had several facilities that were out of service. This is a historic hotel, so it’s not fair to compare it to newer properties. Given its price point, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenience, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

下午五時去check in也未執房,訂的是sea view 房,但比pool view房，叫我問返Expedia 點解賣sea view房，不負責任的態度，房有臭味，厠所漏水，早餐難食，每日要到receptions 去renew房卡，唔係入唔到房，不方便,完全是兩星酒店，我還訂了三晚，不值這個價錢，三晚也好難頂

我們當初訂的房間是海景房,到了飯店櫃台,竟然說當天海景房滿了,只能給泳池景房間。覺得非常誇張!打電話到hotel.com客訴,最終也無法換房,只能等隔天才能換給我們。隔天換的房間的確能看到海,但也不是全然的海景房。房間的視野右手邊可以看到海,僅此而已。訂房與實際得到的房間不同真的很令人生氣!此外飯店整體感覺略舊,毛巾浴巾也感覺使用已久,早餐非常普通,房間隔音也很差。除了泳池很好、離海邊很近(就在飯店後門出去,過馬路就到)這兩個優點外,其他部分不符合五星飯店規格。

浴室水龍頭漏水未修，清潔工作不到位，浴室內有異味；酒店大堂白天晚上都太暗，晚上戶外泳池邊也暗，沒有五星級酒店的感受。

酒店雖然大，有三個泳池，但位置不方便，附近沒有太多商店，出入要步行5-10分鐘才有車坐往市中心，早餐一般，毛巾污蔑。

Nice place for vacation, although far away from the walker street, tuktuk bus easy taken just outside the resort. 5 minus walk to beach.

房間大清㓗，近海方便，看日落一流，有三個泳池。早餐足夠的。算得滿意。

The room was large very comfortable, very clean, swimming pool is very comfortable, good location, transportation is very convenient, the back door is Jomtien Beach, there are restaurants and convenience store around there.

Large, clean room. Comfortable bed. Nice staff. Large complimentary breakfast. No complaints!

Schönes Hotel, gute Lage

Ich würde wieder buchen. Die Lage sowieso die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist super! Zimmer sehr groß, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Man kann sich wie Zuhause fühlen. Mir wenig Sanierung Malern etc. Könnte man viel rausholen

This is an excellent property in a great location opposite the beach. Large pools with abundant chairs and nice gardens. Unfortunately our only complaint is that (like many large hotels) the breakfast buffet was cold !! Most dishes, including cooked eggs, were laid out on the buffet but were cold. Added to that fact, many of the guests were not helping by leaving the lids up on the Bain Marie trays !! ( no idea !)

A nice hotel, good facilities, lovely staff, very helpful. pools super nice. there is actually only one thing that didn't work, breakfast, breakfast ended at 10:00 but several times there was simply not much left at 09:30 and the staff couldn't help, 2 days there was no milk after 09:15 so had to get it from the room where we had from 7 eleven. not ok

Fløtt hotel, nært strand og alt andre du kunne tenk seg. Rommene er veldig stor med fin sengene.

It’s in a good location , the breakfast really wasn’t very good though, staff were friendly , no complaints

From 7 p.m. to 12 a.m. there's live music playing from a restaurant a few doors down. It's rather annoying but once it stops it's pleasant stay. The only other complaint is the noise of the door in adjacent rooms reverberating through the hallway.

Bra hotell med store rom. Virket kanskje litt upraktisk innredet rom mtp.størrelsen. Sluket i dusjen var dårlig, vannet rant ikke ned. Og det var veldig lite lys på rommet. Men god og fin utsikt mot havet og grei frokost. De kan bli bedre på å følge med og sørge for at det nok utstyr og mat under frokosten. God plassering og stille og rolig område.

A great place to stay though a little dated but in a charming way. You can tell that everything was very advanced when the resort was new.
