White Sand Samui Resort

大推！如果下次再來蘇梅都會選擇white sand，一流！細心，乾淨，餐廳好吃，沙灘自成一角，每位員工都笑臉迎人！我們一行10人，入住前電郵酒店幫我們安排在附近，他們說儘量安排，最後check in時幫我們全部安排了在一起，全是相連房間！真的值得一讚！

It was ok

It is an old hotel undergoing some renovations, but still not worth a 4*. Photos are deceiving. The beach is beautiful and long, great to walk and swim. But they have no service to the beach, you have to ask for beach chairs and umbrellas every day, and even then, they have limited quantities, so you mught end up with the towel on the sand and no umbrella. Needed to walk to other restaurants on the other end of the beach, because reataurant was very limited. Staff was very nice though, they were doing their best. Would choose a different hotel if visiti g Samui

Property was definitely not like the photos. If I could have cancelled my booking and got a refund I would have. We paid extra to have the pool access room, nothing like the photos, disappointed. It would have been nice to be informed of the building works happening in the other pool access rooms. Not a nice view, nor the sound of angle grinders make for a relaxing stay. After complaining to the Manager, he set up umbrella and chairs on the beach every day for us. Much better view. The Manager did say he would look into the building works and maybe some sort of compensation, yet no reply from this. We end up spending all our time on the beach, which was great, defeated the purpose of paying extra for the access room. The prices were extremely high for drinks in resort, do yourself a favour and walk to 7/11 for drinks. The Resort is located approximately 1km walking along the beach from the main area of Lamai. We enjoyed the walk and even late at night felt safe walking the beach. When all the building works are finished, we could see this as being a nice place to stay. My advice please check prior to booking. We are frequent visitors to Thailand and have stayed in some pretty nice resorts. We thought this one would be worth the extra baht to stay, unfortunately not. You do not get what you pay for. The only bonus was the massage ladies on the beach, they were absolutely amazing.

A little off the road. Either rent a bike or ask the front desk for a taxi. Nice hotel and pool

Great stay with the exception of construction work being done on the hotel during my stay including work being done directly out my room. Other then that this is a a nice hotel, nice pools.

This resort is a little isolated with limited dining facilities you need a bike or a car

Room size good, very little light. Bed frame protrudes, and painful on the shin. Nice pool area but needs a refresh. Beach lovely, with some good bars/ restaurants nearby.

Hotel vieillessant qui mériterait d'être mieux entretenu. Seul le personnel, aux petits soins, rattape l'état de fatigue de l'hôtel...

Très agréable, cadre magnifique, super rue piétonne et marché de nuit à 10 min à pied. Personnel très gentil

Relax perfect place

Billeder svarer ikke til virkeligheden, deluxe værelse uden vinduer, gardenview fra altanen til baggården. Ringe rengøring og morgenmad. Elevator virker ikke, meget høje trappetrin. Ringe internet.

Bokade beachfront rum som vi inte fick utan vi fick rum med egen pool vilket i och för sig var ett okey rum även om det var något slitet. Annars ett trevligt hotell med trevlig personal

1- resort not like in the picture presented- resort needs a big refurbished. 2- housekeeping service needs in fast reorganization- bedsheets not changed for 10 days trip; sand from the beach not cleaned with days ; shower area not cleaned for days. 3 - safety in our room not up to standards - money were missing from our wallet- in total 250 euros. 4 - care for guests not up to any standards-for late arriving guest from airport no possibility to have a snack or beverages- had to walk to 7/11 to buy those things. 5 - BBQ day at the resort needs to be better organized ,as it is now, needs and it is very haotic 6 - gym out of service for the whole vacation. 7 - beach bar out of service for the whole 10 days the we were there , I mean the bar it is not even there. 8 - the transfer from and to resort was not there - probably I missed the part, but when booking a package deal it supposed to be there automatically. 9 - the only positive thing I could say about this resort that the staff were nice and very welcoming- but the whole experience was a very bad one- and the missing money from the room was the cherry on top!!

Palvelu ystävällistä. Hotelli siisti, mutta kunnostusta kaipaisi. Esim. meillä huoneessa suihku ei pysynyt lainkaan seinätelineessä. Allasalue ihan siisti. Aamupala ihan perus. Kerran syötiin hotellin ravintolassa, tämä oli valitettavasti pettymys. Sijainti ok, hyvä ranta ihan vieressä.

Super quiet and chill Private beach so relaxing. Staff is amazingly friendly and attentive View is stunning

Staff was friendly and facilities were nice.

Très bel hôtel, piscine avec vue sur la mer. Personnel au petit soin et très accueillant. Très bon restaurant. Il y a juste le petit déjeuner qui pourrait être amélioré car il manque de choix.
