房間比想像中安靜，睡的不錯，只是每天清潔完，沒有補充紙巾和抺手毛巾，都需要跟前台說。 酒店的餐廳上菜很久，接近30分鐘才有第一道菜，很多錯漏，已經確認過才下單，上菜時都給錯飲料，而且食物沒有煮熟。

Overall quite nice. Just the reception seems to be understaff - during our check in (Friday around 1pm) there is only one staff at the reception who has to handle the check in, another guest complaining on their room and the calls from guests room. I have been waiting for 30 mins for the whole process (the staff is very polite and keep saying sorry during the process as our check in keep being interrupted) Similiar situation happened during our check out. Other than that, everything is very nice. The gym is very well-equipped. Close to the beach

Very ordinary standard, but clean. Only small selection of breakfast, room is small, washroom with only shower feeling very economical. Staffs are friendly and willing to help. We did not get our room refreshed until we asked for replacement of towels. Will prefer to try other accommodations next time.

The hotel, being quite newly built, is quite modern and makes use of fancy switches. Rooms are clean and comfy. Nice and simple buffet breakfast was very handy for a lazy holiday. It's about 20 mins walk from the shopping mall Junceylon, but there are plenty of choices of eatery everywhere. The two minor issues I had was that the room was not as soundproof as we would have like, we can hear the muffled noise from next door and the corridor, which obviously is not ideal consider Patong is center of nightlife there are bound to be some people coming in at early hours, being a bit noisy. The second being that somehow the toilet door open into the toilet itself, getting in the way of the sink. Overall it was a really enjoyable stay.

Good location, hotel is OK but staff is terrible... They were super rude particularly the ones working at the restaurants. Also the cleaning staff leave the room unfinished. I have attached a sample picture of our mugs left at the sink of the bathroom for whatever reason. Iwould not go back just for the staff. We did the full board option. The food was good but prepare to waste 2 hours to get and eat your food each, as they take forever!

Very attractive hotel. A bit out on the edge being on the north side of the town... although that means you may not get gouged on food / drinks like in the centre of town. The rooftop bar / pool offers a fantastic sunser view. Plus the pool is a good size and swimable.
