Location is good. Off the main road, it is quiet and I had a good sleep. Lovely garden and terrace. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again surely.

Amra Palace had really small rooms and okay bathrooms. But, the good thing about this place is - it's very close to the Petra entrance. So, good to be home after long tiring day at petra.

What i didnt realise looking at the map of town is how hilly it is, i thought it be a shirt walk down to Petra VIC haha but if u prefer a hotel closer to the centre of the town n dnt mind catching taxi its a good hotel; also 1min walk to local supermarket. My first impression wasnt as good as it should have been as i found another guests underwear in the draw but hotel was quick to appologise and offer new room. Apart from that room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was also good.

The hotel certainly isn't a 5 star but the service absolutely is!! They were so wonderful and incredibly helpful! When they found out we were leaving to Petra before breakfast opened they arranged to leave boxed lunches for us instead. Incredible! The perfect place and fabulous location if you are going to Petra!

Hotel is in a good location, the staff was friendly and helpful. However the room and bathroom was quite small and dated, very difficult to get into the shower. Breakfast start at 6.30 wish it would be ok for other hotels but considering the location and that the Petra sites open at 6.00 am I would have expected to have it served from earlier. Breakfast was average.

Stayed here for a night whilst visiting Petra, it's not a great hotel, it's not bad either. We had two rooms, mine was fine, my mums had a bad smell from the pipes. WiFi was very poor. Food was what you expect, decent enough. Staff were friendly but we had limited interaction. Good central location.

Pool was very cold and jacuzzi was way to hot. Location was great. Price okay for the stay.

Good hotel to stay when in Petra. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. The rooms were comfortable and plenty of parking on premise

This hotel is very nice, rooms are comfortable and everything works, staff was nice, specially front desk. My only complaint is they charged my card for the reservation even though I had already paid ahead of time, the manager assured me I would get my money back in 14 days and its now been almost 2 months fighting for my money back. WATCH OUT FOR DOUBLE CHARGES PEOPLE.

Amazing food with a very friendly staff. I loved the Turkish bath with the indoor swimming pool. The dining area is very elegant. Rooms are very clean and cozy. I will definitely would go back to lodge in that place. I just loved it.

El personal increíble, se molestaron en reservarnos taxis y el desplazamiento a Aman en autobús local, que incluso vino a recogernos al hotel por indicación del chico de recepción. Y continuamente nos preguntaban si estábamos cómodos. En ningún hotel hasta la fecha habíamos tenido un trato tan bueno. Además de eso está todo muy limpio. Quizás el único punto a mejorar sería el desayuno que nos resultó un poco pesado. Convendría que pusieran más fruta o zumos naturales. Aparte de eso todo perfecto

Excellent value for location: - Well-kept, clean rooms - Within walking distance to many restaurants that are more reasonably-priced than the ultra touristy restaurants near Petra's entrance - Buffet breakfast included from 0630-0930 Most of all, the CUSTOMER SERVICE was unparalleled. The reservation manager, Aseel, went above and beyond several times throughout our stay to help us with logistics, and was always quick to respond via WhatsApp. She, in particular, made our stay feel like this was a 5 star hotel! Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
