1. Room clean but small 2. Toilet very small 3. Breakfast : bad and no any choice 4. Total different with their photo. Old and small. I don't think this is a 4 star hotel. 5. Very expensive and not value for this quality and location and service.

The place in general is good, but I did not feel comfortable. The security people treat people like criminals. They always ask about personal things and ask to see the contents of your bags, even when you leave. This situation was very disturbing to me. Before I stayed, I noticed many comments talked about the same problem, and I didn't believe them. But after staying, I understood their feelings. Next time, I will not stay in this hotel.

I was given a very smelly room. I complained about it but nothing was done. At the end they just said sorry. The kettle was dirty and had some food. I made cup of tea with the dirt in it. Only found out the next day.
