We wish we could stay longer than one night.Great hotel with alot to see and do for families and couples.To get to the dead sea beach there is a golf buggy,very helpful on hot days.The dinner buffet was fantastic,everything you could ask for and all tasty.The breakfast buffet was even better.Room was large with dead sea views.

The hotel is renovated in the buffet area and it’s very nice. Rooms were clean and spacious. They distribute cold water on the pool over 18 years.

Receiptist is not really helpful that to introduce their facilities especially non disclosure they have vehicle to drive customer to beach. But, their lifeguards are very polite and helpful; Hotel is now have renovation, many places have much dust and ash. In conclusion this hotel not worth for the expensive price.

You should have landlines near the bar in the case we need to contact reception, since the cell phones connect to Jawal cell towers in case we need to contact reception instead of having to walk all the way. We should be able to contact reception at the bar near the adult pool - between the adult pool and the Dead Sea

Room was not ready at check in way passed 4.30.
Shower water was not hot, warm to say the least.
AC was not cooling properly. Couldn't get lower than 23 degrees.
Food buffet was not impressive at all.
I have to say it wasn't like this few years ago !?
Staff was courteous and friendly and that never changed.
