The staffs are the best

Good service!

Very Good

The entire front desk staff is top notch. They know repeat customers by first name. You see their friendly smile through the glass door waiting to greet you. The second shift staff are enthusiastic about their job. If you don’t speak Arabic no worry! Their English is very good. I encourage you to have the breakfast.

Lubna excellent customer service! She went above the call of service. Great addition to the hotel.

We received upgrade (nice) but although we requested a non-smoking room, the smell of stale smoke still penetrates through the AC into the room. Also the thermostate didn't work as it didn't get below 24C which made it a very uncomfortable night. To top it all, housekeeping woke us up before midnight by knocking on our door 3 times holding towels. We told him through our closed door we hadn't asked for towels and to go away. Then 10 minutes later the phone rang: "You order towels from house keeping". NO, WE DID NOT!!! Again told them to stop bothering us. Upon check out, when asked how our stay was, we explained the above and were just told: sorry to hear. Not going back.

It was clean and great place.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff very helpful

No AC in the winter months even though it could get warm in the morning and dry cleaning was very expensive but other than that food was great and property was really nice

We had an excellent time. Great service great rooms and great staff.

I like that it’s close to everything

luxurious service and facilities for affordable price, walkable distance to BLV

the hotel , room, service were so great, this is my second visit and I'll consider landmark each time I visit Jordan
