Big hotel and staff are friendly. Food is acceptable only, improvement needed!

這間飯店的櫃檯的笑容滿分，辦理入住給我們提早非常感謝，我們可以有非常充裕的時間在飯店享受這裡的氛圍，剛好是聖誕平安夜，飯店準備了非常豐盛的晚餐，佈置的非常用心精緻， 讓我們度過一個非常棒的聖誕夜， 前往死海的漂浮體驗，也有良好的設施，有咖啡色的浴巾，漂浮後還能馬上有淋浴的水， 也有死海泥可以體驗, 接送的接駁車工作人員，還很貼心停在最好的角度的幫我們拍照， 讓我們感受到非常溫馨的感覺， 建議大家來這裡渡假

Buffet not delicious. No ice cream. No welcome drink. No shuttle to the room. The lifeguards are excellent. They are professional, helpful and nice.

We called 3 times for a towel but until we check out we still did not recived any towel. Also we booked room for 3 people, but everything was prepared as 2. Breakfast was nice.

The resort is beautiful, and have a private beach which you can enjoy the dead sea.

Very good choice to enjoy the Dead Sea spa.

The staff are friendly yet they r too busy, it took us so long to check in. Besides, the hotel is very good, we had a plaster stag there.

Everyone was exceptionally helpful and friendly I loved the beach it was so clean and relaxing Inwould like to give a special thanks to Ahmed Al Ajrami.

We included this stay amongst a number of stops on a trip throughout Jordan. We were really excited to stay and experience the Dead Sea. In my honest opinion the hotel is poor value for money. Whilst the room was lovely anything extra was not included. With regards to the food, we experienced terrible service at the beach lounge. Our waiter was rude and not particularly helpful. Our order had been forgotten about and we had to ask twice about the drinks and ask where the food was after a long wait. We were asked to move so someone else could eat where we were waiting for 30mins. The portions were tiny and extremely overpriced. Dinner was unlike anything we have experienced on holiday before. The dining hall was busy and full of crying children or children who were not supervised/running around whilst we were trying to eat when we went for dinner at 9pm. A lot of the hot food was cold in serving dishes. Unsupervised children were putting their hands in the chocolate fountain helping themselves whatever they could reach leaving half eaten bits of food on the counters. We tried to give feedback to the food and beverage manager but he was not on shift and there was no follow up. We had lovely experiences in the spa but you need to pay extra to use this facility. Our spa therapists were Emma and Aisa. I’m glad we paid extra for the use of the spa because the other pools were so busy and full. Breakfast was great and a lot calmer as we went quite early. Elizabeth was great

The hotel is super nice, the spa area is amazing. The dining and breakfast hall is aweful. Like eating in a university cantine. So flair at all. Not even the option to sot outside. This left a super bad impression

Great stay

Sehr schöne und große Anlage am Toten Meer. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und die Auswahl beim Frühstück als auch Abendessen war sehr groß und die Qualität der Speisen hoch. Das Zimmer selbst war sauber, groß und mit schönem Ausblick in Richtung Meer. Anzumerken ist das der Weg von den hinteren Zimmern bis zum Meer etwas weit sein kann, uns hat das aber nicht gestört. Würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder bei einem Aufenthalt am Toten Meer buchen.

Tolles Resort und super Frühstückbuffet und Abendessen. Die anlage ist riesig und hat einen direkten Zugang zum toten Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Unser Aufenthalt im Mövenpick Dead Sea war einfach wundervoll. Das Zimmer war so groß und die Einrichtung ist einfach atemberaubend, genau so wie das gesamte Hotelgelände. Das Hotel- und Reinigungspersonal arbeitet auf höchstem Standard und liest einem Wünsche von den Lippen ab, bevor man etwas gesagt hat. Besonders loben möchte ich den Rezeptionisten Hamza Basheer, welcher uns mit einem freundlichen Lächeln und großer Hilfsbereitschaft empfangen hat. Er ist ein außergewöhnlich professioneller Mann. Ebenso möchte ich den Life Guard Ibrahim loben, der mit seiner menschlichen Art allen Strandgästen den Aufenthalt versüßt hat. Wir kommen hoffentlich wieder, danke an das gesamte Mövenpick Team, ein Hotel, das einmalig ist.
