As close to perfection as one can get. The staff was amazing. The location of the hotel is spectacular. The restaurant has a wide variety of delicious food. The proximity to Petra was ideal. Our room was comfortable, clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated. All of that and a fair price top it off. Excellent experience.

If you are visiting Petra this is the perfect place to stay. It’s less than a 5 minute drive to the sight but is conveniently quiet and serene. The food was delicious and perfect after a long day exploring Petra! The beds were extremely comfortable. We had difficulty keeping the AC on all night but apart from that which I’m sure is fixable (we were too tired to phone down and have it sorted). The room was lovely and the view was fabulous. The staff were so attentive.

Hotel jest super położony w górnej części Wadi Musa, z ktorego rozciaga sie piękna panorama na doline Petry,pokoje są czyste,łóżka bardzo wygodne,sniadanie dla każdego cos dobrego,niesamowite było dla nas,to iż hotel sam wysłał do nas wiadomość czy potrzebujemy odbioru z lotniska i że jesli mamy ochotę możemy przyjechać do hotelu wcześniej nasz pokój juz na nas czeka,za co raz jeszcze dziękujemy.Polecam ten hotel z czystym sumieniem.

The property is a 10 minute drive to Petra entrance, so you probably need a car if you stay here. The pool area was lovely to relax in after lots of walking.

This is a fantastic hotel - great everything! The ONLY complaint (and it's a relatively minor one) is that they only carry NA beer. They're a new hotel, so perhaps this is in the works. However, if this is a conscious decision, I believe it's a big mistake - the Marriott and other hotels/restaurants will be getting some of your dinner crowd. They got our business.
Otherwise, again, just a fantastic place - highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Petra Canyon Hotel! The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very modern and clean with great facilities, such as an outdoor pool and a gym, and there is a great choice of food in the breakfast and dinner buffets. It is only a 5 minute drive from Petra Visitor Centre which made it very convenient to visit daily. Would definitely recommend!

Overall great stay, the staff is very pleasant. Check out the gift shop next to the dining room, the owner had a great personality and was fun to talk to; we bought some incense there. Make sure when checking in that you don't go up the short set of stairs into the doors on the front of the hotel...this is the dining room. The front desk is up the tall stairs to the right when facing the hotel.
Good location to Petra, just a short drive away. Would stay here again.

Nous avons passés 3 nuits avec un accueil exceptionnel. L’hôtel nous a surclassé dans une suite avec balcon et offert un repas puisqu'il s'agissait de notre lune de miel. Le personnel au resto est très sympas et serviable. A 5 minute en voiture de Pétra, l’hôtel est bien situé. A recommandé absolument.

Tutto ok anche se alcuni ambienti sono ancora in costruzione (aggiornamento a dicembre 2022), come il roof top bar e la piscina che, per adesso, è solo con acqua fredda. Colazione ok. Quando ti dicono che la cena è omaggiata (se vi capita), sappiate che il bere si paga. Qualità della cena media.

Make sure when checking in that you don't go up the short set of stairs into the doors on the front of the hotel...this is the dining room. The front desk is up the tall stairs to the right when facing the hotel.
Good location to Petra, just a short drive away. Would stay here again.
