Excellent rooms, friendly staff, clean, tasty breakfast, great value. Felt like I was living in a much higher priced hotel.

They were incredibly hospitable and kind! They even welcomed us in with dinner with the whole family as a gift and made us feel so at home and welcome! Couldn’t recommend more!😍

The service was fantastic, and the food was absolutely delicious! Plus, the rooftop restaurant offers a breathtaking view of the sunset, giving you the perfect spot to soak in the beauty of the city while enjoying a great meal.

El lugar está muy cómodo la vista desde el restaurante es magnífica. Entre los puntos malos fue que la alberca no estaba disponible y con el calor de mayo me hubiera encantado.

Good place to stay, nice staff.

Old hotel but great staff, they go out of way to serve you. Great views from the Hotel. We are one of the two customers staying on that day. Staff cooked breakfast specially for us at the time convenient for us. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are not looking for a fancy Hotel but interested in the views and service.

This place is wonderful! The location is perfect, the view is perfect, the rooms are perfect, the food is wonderful, the staff is amazing, the owner is a sweet heart! It was a pleasure to stay here, we will be back for sure!

Todo el mundo muy amable, y en especial a Roberto muy atento y amable y te explica del sitio y que puedes visitar. La comida muy buena y la Señora que esta en el desayuno muy amable y pendiente de todo. Gracias a todos excelente hotel.

Excellent hôtel. Un accueil exceptionnel avec beaucoup de bons conseils pour visiter Pétra (exemple : rentrer par la porte arrière en prenant le Shutlle bus). Possibilité d'avoir un panier repas pour la visite de Pétra, et de nombreuses activités disponibles. La chambre spacieuse, très propre, avec une bonne clim, un matelas très bon (la chambre avait été refaite à neuf). Nous retiendrons surtout la gentillesse et l’accueil du Responsable qui fut exceptionnel. Hôtel avec piscine couverte et petit déjeuner inclus à un très bon prix. Emplacement de l'hôtel à 5mn en voiture de Pétra et 3mn du centre-ville. Enfin, superbe vue depuis notre chambre (la 208) sur la ville et le merveilleux coucher de soleil.

Absolute awful. Staff tried to scam us in paying for an extra bed that we had already booked. Pool very dirty, with broken glass
