it was very bad I really regrated it. most of the facilities mentioned on the add were not available. There was no TV as stated on the add, I even asked the person who met me and gave me the key to give me at least the WFi code he said yes, I will send it to you, then he fly and never turn back, there were no enough plates in the kitchen no spoons no nives, no kettle.

Plus: Mitten in der Medina und dem Suq.Da wir sehr spät anreisten und Ortsunkundig waren, holte uns der Hotelbesitzer an einem zentralen Platz ab.Auch das Zimmer machte optisch einen guten Eindruck. Minus: viele Diskussionen wegen der Bezahlung, welche der Hotelbesitzer einforderte, obwohl wir einen Nachweis hatten, dass bereits über Ebookers bezahlt wurde. Auch eine telefonische Rückversicherung bei Ebookers liess der Besitzer nicht gelten. Am letzten Tag war es sehr schwierig, die versprochene Quittung vom Hotelbesitzer zu bekommen. Insgesamt ein schönes, authentisches Haus, man merkt jedoch, dass es den Besitzern wichtig ist, noch etwas zusätzlich zu verdienen. Das wirkte eher befremdlich und hatte nicht den erhofften Wohlfühlcharakter.

Dar Kenza is set in the middle of the Tunis medina - a cool location if you are okay with walking through winding streets. The family who runs it was nice, but the beds were lacking top sheets or blankets, the pillows were really hard, the hot water should have worked but didn’t, and breakfast was expensive (5 Euros per person including children) for a fairly minimal selection.

Não gostei de nada. Lamentável que este hotel tenha a nota que tem. Ninguem falava inglês.. (e consta que tem uma equipe multilingue - piada). Ninhuem sabe informar nada apesar da tentatuva gentil do pessoal. Agora o que nais chama atenção é a falta de higiene. Cama cheia se cabelos, banheiro com sabone usado, rodo e sem pia (se quiser escovar o dente tem que escovar na pia da cozinha que estava suja e cheia de folhas dentro). Nem consegui dormir tamanho o nojo que tive (usei uma camiseta para colocar o travesseiro dentro). Também não tinha toalhas. E acabei nem pedindo pois se tudo era sujo, imaginei colmobaeria a toalha de banho.

Very well situated, in the heart of the medina. Clean and corfortable. The kitchen could use a little more ustensils, but it's no problem for a very short stay.
