Tres bon hotel ! Accueil parfait . Buffet tres superieur a la moyenne des hotels ! Quelques petits bemol parfois sur la precision des details de l’experience. Mais sinon tres bien

la piscine était trop fraiche ,seul petit sujet sinon au top !

Sauberes Zimmer, leider direkt über der Essensterrasse und da, wo die ganzen Housekeeper ihre Wagen fahren, sehr laut für ein Premium Zimmer Personal sehr nett und freundlich

Déjà passé des vacances à IBEROSTAR ÉOLIA c’était parfait j’ai donc essayé aussi Waves et c’est aussi bien les deux sont 5 étoiles mérités à tout point de vue proprete , nourriture services etc Félicitation

Super schönes Hotel mit einer traumhaften Anlage - die ganze Botanik / Palmenanlage ist wunderschön gepflegt! Der Strand ist ein Traum - Karibikfeeling pur! Vielen Dank an den super netten Kellner vom hinteren Außenbereich (weiß leider den Namen nicht mehr - Herr mit grauen Haaren) Er war super freundlich und zuvorkommend! Der zuckersüße Hund am Strand hat unser Herz erobert - ich wäre dem Hotel oder anderen Gästen die dies lesen unendlich dankbar, wenn diese wenigstens mit Wasser versorgt werden würden. Und wenn nur irgendwo am Rand eine Schüssel mit Wasser steht. Leider sind wir nicht mehr da, um dies zu tun. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Excellent hotel recommended for family stay

The resort is really nice. Staff is welcoming, helpful, friendly. Animations are great with a lot to do on the resort itself. The dining experience in all inclusive is very impressive. The food buffet is amazing and all very tasty with an immense variety of choices even for kids.

Questa struttura è molto bella, il cibo è buono, la camera pulita e buona parte del personale cordiale e gentile. Ciò che ci è piaciuto di più è stato sicuramente l’organizzazione delle attività! Ogni giorno e ogni sera c’era qualcosa da vedere e da fare; il corpo di ballo bravissimo e il personale per l’intrattenimento é molto coinvolgente e simpatico! Abbiamo apprezzato molto il cadeau lasciato fatto trovare dall’hotel sul letto, prima di andare via, complimenti!

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and since the forst I asked to fix the AC in my room. They didn’t manage to fix even though I kept asking more than once every day

L'hôtel est bien globalement, les animateurs sont excellents ! En revanche un peu déçu de la chambre, plus particulièrement la salle de bain qui avait souvent une odeur d'égouts, et le wifi en dehors de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas très bien. Le système de check-in est également à revoir, j'ai fait un check-in online qui est sensé accélérer le processus pour au final me retrouver à devoir refaire la même chose sur place, c'était particulièrement long. J'ai aimé cet hôtel mais j'ai fortement été dégouté par les conditions de travail employés qui sont sur-exploités ! Chaque semaine, ils ont des évaluations et s'ils n'atteignent pas une certaine note ils sont privés de leur seul jour de congé alors qu'ils travaillent déjà 6 jours sur 7, c'est clairement de l'esclavage moderne.

Excellent option to stay on Djerba. We had a few hiccups during the check in but the rest of the holiday was really good. Very attentive staff, delicious food, clean and safe beach.

Le séjour était top mais j'avais payé une chambre deluxe et en voyant les photos sur la plateforme je m'apercois que j'ai eu une chambre classique...

Very nice hotel with lots of amenities, staff are friendly and the rooms are nice with everything you need. We went out of season (Feb) so many places outsidea of the hotel were closed/limited which was fine as the hotel has lots to do anyway. Areas outside of the hotel are very littered with building debris and general rubbish which is a shame as it is a gorgeous area. The food in the restaurant was great for breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The staff however were very easily bribed and swayed by any customers offering the best tips and gifts. Everyday, "the best" tables were reserved and certain guests had their sole attention which meant many tables were not clean and you often had to collect your own cutlery, water and had dirty plates around you. So if you want a general level of service, be prepared to tip! The cleaning staff were an absolute dream, very friendly and accommodating, leaving funny towel arrangements and even little sweets!
