Belle chambre avec vue sur la mer, assez calme, petit déjeuner convenable. Les plages attenantes sont très propres.

We had paid for a premium sea view room, we had to ask to be changed to get the premium room because they put us in the superior room when we checked in, and we were changed after the first night. The night crew receptionist staff was very polite and helpful, however the lady manger at the reception did not communicate regarding a tower card that was needed to get towels for the pool or the beach, we ask the lady Manager politely can we check out at 1pm instead of 12pm and she haven’t even looked at us. She was looking in the computer and saying no! without even paying full attention. the towel person in the pool he is always helpful with us but the one working at the beach threatening to charge me if I don’t returned it to him. We spoke with the receptionist about having someone to come visit with us in the hotel just for meeting and get a coffee and that was not allowed. No explanation why!! You cannot have a visitor come in to swim on the beach in front of the hotel unless they belonged to the hotel. Beach security guard said I can not let person swim even a visitor. I don’t know why no clear explanation. The lifeguard came in and interfere the conversation and said no you cannot have a visitor aggressively. The house keepers were very nice, and worked very hard to keep the rooms nice. As well as the staff in the dining areas, even though the prices of food and drinks at the hotel are very overpriced, No WiFi and no free water to drink. The beach is very beautiful.

Excellent stay except for checking in and WiFi. Checking in was too slow and not organized. WiFi was either too slow or not available.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Les lieux sont très propres, que ce soit les chambres, les espaces communs ou les piscines (extérieure et couverte). Le personnel est vraiment gentil, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. La restauration est variée, bien organisée et d’une grande propreté. Petit point à noter : les mariages organisés le week-end peuvent parfois durer un peu tard le soir, ce qui peut gêner si vous cherchez le calme à ces moments-là. Mais à part cela, tout était parfait. J’y reviendrai sans hésitation !

The staff is very polite and friendly, extremely accommodating warm and welcoming.

The drinking water wasn't free. Only the first day. That's shame to get a room in 5 stars 🌟 hotel then the bustles of warer are not available at rooms.

Agréable séjour Petit déjeuner à améliorer

Nous avions réservé pour deux nuits et avons rencontré un problème avec la porte de notre chambre, qui se bloquait constamment. La dernière nuit, la porte est restée complètement bloquée, et vers minuit, nous avons dû attendre le service technique pendant plusieurs minutes. Ils ont finalement conclu qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire avant le lendemain matin. Pour nous dépanner, l’accueil nous a proposé une autre chambre, mais sans nous permettre de récupérer nos bagages. J’ai demandé un geste commercial, mais la réponse de l’accueil a été que cela ne servirait à rien d’en parler à ce moment-là et qu’ils ne pouvaient rien faire sur le moment. Le lendemain, ils ne nous ont même pas présenté d'excuses. Comme geste commercial, ils nous ont simplement proposé de prolonger notre présence jusqu’à l’heure qui nous convenait… mais juste avant d’effectuer le check-out. Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, je trouve que le service ne mérite même pas 4 étoiles
