Excellent sejour avec un bon accueil à la reception avec Mme Rim, les restaurants sont bien garnis avec un service impeccable, et les chambres nickels

La camera era pulita e il personale delle pulizie gentile. Le 4 stelle sono un misto tra 5 e 3 (o 2) poche persone molto valide e attive che fanno funzionare tutto mentre la maggior parte è lasciva. Non parliamo dei camerieri al risto-bar in piscina (voto zero) ci siamo dovuti accaparrare tutto da soli dopo 20 minuti di attesa. Un resort simile con solo 2 ascensori minuscoli. Efficiente il personale in spiaggia anche come safe guard. Il posto è bello, ma i segni dell'età sono molto evidenti. Noi in camera superior con letto King....ci siamo ritrovati in una camera con due letti singoli affiancati (senza lenzuola matrimoniali), la porta a vetri che non chiudeva, la cassaforte non funzionante e una luce LED che sfarfallava. Tutto risolto (bravi) ma con una perdita di ore di vacanza per noi.

Old and rundown , needs serious renovations , breakfast was mediocre, one bottle of water was provided , very expensive restaurant or drinks on property 10$ for coffee , no activities available , no proper entertainment AC barely working ,bathroom sinks or toilets are old Very expensive stay cost 2250 $ for 3 days Could have spend the same amount on all inclusive resort Not worth it , I don’t recommend this called resort to anyone It is barely 3 stars hotel

Ça sentait la moisissure dans la chambre, elle était infestée d'insectes, notamment des fourmis, et le buffet du petit-déjeuner et du dîner manquait d'originalité et de diversité.

Despite being marketed as a 5* hotel this is a SOLID 3* stay. I do NOT know why Expedia has ranked this as an 8+ We stayed for 4 nights whilst visiting hammamet and unfortunately if you want a supposedly 5 star stay I would not recommend this hotel. Something that was not highlighted to us at all is the awful internet and data service in hammamet and the region. The WiFi in the hotel was awful and very patchy, and the data was not much better. The rooms and interior are very dated and basic. There was often an unpleasant smell of drains in the rooms and the hallways and the lift smelt very damp. There is one very small damp smelling lift that services the whole hotel- thankfully we were staying on the ground floor and did not need to use it. We often had to chase for fresh restock of towels- on one occasion, we contacted the reception multiple times to provide towels and were ignored. The gym was large, often empty but not a huge weight selection. The indoor and outdoor pools were clean and easily accessible. The breakfast was a solid 3/5, the hall smelt of egg- and it was very chaotic. It felt more like a school canteen than a 5* hotel. The staff were not particularly helpful or friendly and generally slow to service any need. The spa was probably the standout experience, the facilities are clean, modern relaxing. We both got massages and the masseuses were very skilled and professional. It is located close to the medina and a walk from the high road.

Très déçue. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles. Les réceptionnistes attribuent des chambres sans vérifier leur état : première chambre sans climatisation, deuxième avec une télévision en panne. Il a fallu insister à la réception pour obtenir enfin une chambre correcte. À notre arrivée, une seule serviette pour deux personnes. Malgré deux demandes, il a fallu attendre avant d’en obtenir une seconde. Accueil froid, réceptionnistes hautains et service peu professionnel. Une expérience très décevante du Radisson blue Hammamet.

Was clean Entertainment I love the experience

The location is amazing. Thier policies could be better specially the use of amenities. The staff specially Islam tires her best to serve customers. If there is a problem I strongly recommend contacting thier customer relations staff and she will try to resolve the issue.

Hotel was very clean. We really enjoyed the pool and the beach. The staff was helpful and friendly. The food offered at breakfast was the same everyday, not much variety. Also, I found it strange to not have fruits available for breakfast, only plums. I was hoping more from a 5-stars hotel.

Pas terrible

Je suis très déçu par mon séjour au Radisson Blu Hammamet, qui ne mérite clairement pas, selon moi, son classement 5 étoiles. J'avais réservé deux chambres : une chambre premium avec vue sur mer et une chambre standard. À notre arrivée, les deux chambres avaient une vue largement gâchée par un mur. De plus, la chambre premium était située juste au-dessus du bar et du restaurant, avec des nuisances sonores dues aux animations en soirée et des odeurs de cuisine présentes une grande partie de la journée. J'ai dû intervenir à plusieurs reprises pour obtenir un changement de chambre. Une seule chambre a d'abord été changée, puis j'ai dû insister de nouveau pour que la seconde soit également déplacée et située à proximité de la première, car nous voyagions en famille avec un enfant en bas âge. Cette situation est d'autant plus incompréhensible que l'hôtel n'était même pas complet. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour nous reposer, mais nos vacances ont malheureusement été gâchées. Le petit-déjeuner était très décevant pour un établissement de cette catégorie : peu de choix et une qualité moyenne. Pour couronner le tout, j'ai découvert un cafard dans la salle de bain un matin. Cela m'a totalement dégoûté et a fortement remis en question l'hygiène de l'établissement. J'ai également constaté des différences de traitement entre les clients, ce qui est regrettable. Au final, l'expérience est loin des standards attendus d'un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Excellent clean hotel with helpful friendly staff. Rooms could do with some modernisation, but they were still great.
