Friendly Staff and clean place.

This is our third time staying in this hotel it just getting better and better anytime we come here. Excellent stuff excellent food beach everything nice to say about this resort will be back.

Great place for a family vacation. Amenities, food, and staff were great. There are slides for kids. Lots of food options and is located in a convenient place.

Customer service is amazing . They really care about customer satisfaction. Food options are great as well. The chef is the best and provides extra care.

We had prepaid for three adults, but unfortunately one of our friends couldn’t join us due to health issues. While we didn’t expect a refund, we hoped the hotel would offer a small gesture such as a room upgrade. However, the request was denied with the explanation that the property was 98% full — something that didn’t seem true, as the hotel appeared to be only about half occupied during our stay. We had stayed here a few years ago and were disappointed to see that the quality of the food has noticeably declined since then. On top of that, we were unable to get a reservation at any of the à la carte restaurants, as we were told our stay was too short — another frustrating experience. Sadly, the lack of flexibility and poor customer service made it clear that guest satisfaction and loyalty are not a priority here. We left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return.

Excellent property with incredible staff.

Otelde 2.konaklamamiz. Bu gelisimizde cok daha mutlu ayriliyoruz otelden. Otel ozellikle cocuklu aileler icin cok konforlu ve guvenli. Butun calisanlar guleryuzlu ve ilgili.

Tek kelimeyle mükemmel! Otel her detayı bizler için düşünmüş. Yemekler, eğlence, yemekler temizlik herşey harikaydı! Keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Tekrar gelmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz.

Fiyat ile karşılaştırıldığında verilen çok çok iyi. Sadece yoğun zamanlarda uzak durulması gereken bir otel. Otel küçük olması burada dezavantaja dönüşüyor. Sömestrede çocuğun yok ise gitmeyeceksin. Sair günler çok çok iyi. Yemekler güzel, nezih.

A fully integrated resort. The resort is luxurious and very beautiful. The best thing about the resort is the variety of ideal meals from all kinds of foods. The staff and everyone are at your service.
