Very nice hotel with a great view of the city. The staff were friendly, and the free parking was a bonus. The indoor swimming pool was lovely, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Will definitely be back!

It cannot be rated as a 5 star hotel. Facities are outdated. We stayed there for three nights and tip hotel room attendants every morning. However, we found no bath towels in the third night. I called reception to ask for towels and the room attendant seemed to wait for tip after he handed towels to me. Besides, one-hour internet costs 7 US dollar and 35 US dollar for one day. This is quite 5-star level!
The only thing that impressed me is breakfast. I have no complain about it.

Very friendly staff, especially the young blonde lady who works at the guest relations desk (I forgot her name!).
Rooms are average, need an update - otherwise good hotel.
However, one huge disappointment was a male front desk team charging my credit card with over 1,000 gbp even though my stay was pre paid for. I am still waiting for a refund, they are taking very long to sort this issue and I don't this is not acceptable.
