A luxury resort in the middle of the forest. Full marks for this resort, from the rooms to the restaurant to the reception staff and the cleanliness. Everything is very beautiful. This is my fourth visit, but I was very sad when they told me that the resort would close its doors permanently after a few days.

Food taste very poor. Condition of hotel quite old. Lack of staff especially during check in and check out. Room clean service very bad.

Wir wqren um 07 uhr vorort. Leider wurde uns das zimmer 4 h verweigert. Mit dem Hinweis auf das einchecken un 14 uhr erst möglich wäre . Nach Androhung mit einer Stornierung und wechsel zum nachbar hotel rixon , wurde uns dich ein zimmer um 11 uhr breit gestellt. Durch die unprofessionell Behandlung war der Urlaub für uns gelaufen.

We had a blast. Everything was amazing, the food was excellent, the bar was great except the A/C that was not working. After we went to complain about it, they said that the system was broken. I will definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful grounds. Property with it's own character!

Hotel is situated in a forest against a backdrop of mountains. Lovely grounds and lots of things to do to keep us entertained, whilst still being able to find quiet corners to relax. Good food options and staff are very friendly.

Beautiful resort, staff was exceptional- excellent service! Food was great, plenty of options. Rooms were a bit outdated but other than that it was amazing! Definitely would visit this resort again.

Vi uppskattade denna vistelse i härlig miljö. Negativt var i vårat tycke att stranden var väldigt stenig i vattnet annars en underbar strand. Maten var god men som vanligt på bufféer lite tråkig men a la carte restaurangerna var fantastiska. Vi bokade med tron att det var ett hotell med vuxeninrikting men det var väldigt mycket barn så vill man ha lugnt rekommenderar jag ett annat hotell. Gillar man inte katter så åk inte dit.Som helhet ett bra ställe.

I was very pleased with the room, i had a junior suite and it was impressive. The food was also very good, for every meal there were great options full of flavor. Staying in the winter some things were closed as advertised but the parts that were open were great.

While the staff exhibited a warm and welcoming demeanor, there were notable issues during my stay. Despite room service, the floor remained untidy, necessitating a specific request for cleaning. Additionally, the shower's drainage became blocked on the first day, and certain facilities were in need of maintenance. On a positive note, the variety of meal options was extensive, albeit overwhelming, and the cleanliness of the toilets was commendable.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage. Riesiges Buffet, das keine Wünsche offen lassen. Die Cocktails sind jedoch nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Im Garten wimmelt es von Katzen.
