Tavsiye üzerine gittiğimiz otelde "aile banyosu" ve "kahvaltı" hizmetlerinin ekstra ücrete tabi olması, otel sahibinin evcil süs köpeğinin sürekli otel yemekhanesinde dolaşması gibi şikayetlerimiz oldu maalesef.

fiyat fayda ilişkisi son derece uygun,lokasyonu çok iyi,personel son derece ilgili ve yardımseverdi.genel olarak memnun kaldık.

good for one night

It got of to a bad start as I checked in very late around 10 pm because my flight was delayed when I got into the room there was smoking smell everywhere in bedsheets towels even though I asked for non smoking room and there were signs in place for not smoking the first night was very uncomfortable and i asked the guy at the counter in the morning if he can help about the issue and he turned out to be very friendly and cooperative guy even said he can change the room but i said nothing wrong with room its nice spacious with garden view just need cleaning so he had everything replaced all the sheets and towels and had the room cleaned so happy ending for me… but its the people and they should respect the rules when there are signs in place for no smoking why would someone will smoke in the room when they can go to garden or outside but never mind mr jan ir can in Turkish to the rescue very helpful guy thanks

beautiful hotel, nice rooms, convenient price very nice and helpful staff a bit far from touristic attractions , but easy transportation

Türkiye'nin dört bir yanını gezip yüzlerce otelde konaklayan bir gezen olarak tam bir hayal kırıklığı ile karşı karşıya kaldım. Otelin personellerini mutlak bir eğitimden geçirilmesi gerekiyor. İlk başta müşteriye nasıl davranılması gerektiği öğretilmesi gerekiyor. Nezaket ve misafirperverlik kelimelerinin anlamlarını açıklamak gerekiyor. Otele gelince konumu iyi. Fakat konfor yok denecek kadar az. Odalarda sanki nargile içilmiş gibi inanılmaz ağır bir sigara kokusu mevcut. Isıtıcılar çalışmıyor. Çalışmadığı halde kalorifer borularından sürekli ses geliyor. Kahvaltısı ise çok zayıf verdikleri şey. Hepsi basit ve paket olmak üzere klasik tereyağı reçel ekmek ve çay ve kuru ekmek. Etrafında parasının hakkını verebilecek bir çok otel varken burada kalmak bir hayal kırıklığı idi.

Otel genel olarak temiz, termal odasi keyifli, vadedileni sunuyor diyebiliriz. Servisin yavasligi ve kahvaltinin vasatligi uzerine gitmelerini tavsiye ederim

The hotel is great but the Hamam was not free for the customers, massage was not available late times, no 24 hrs laundry service. But the hotel is very nice, clean and breakfast was delicious

Odaların biraz renove edilmesi iyi olabilir. Özellikle banyodaki küvet, duşakabine çevrilebilir. Benim kaldığım odaya sinmiş bir sigara kokusu vardı. Ne kadar havalandirilsa da yıllardan kalmış bu kokunun kolay kolay geçeceğini sanmıyorum. Otelin kendi otoparkı mevcut. Park sorunu yaşamıyorsunuz.

Spacious room and bathroom. Clean. Renovated building. Good breakfast. Good location. 4 km to old town. Many quick buses go to old town from nearby streets. Good value. Quiet street

Clean and nice hotel, helpful staff, located in a nice quiet area that many taxi drivers are familiar with. Room was spacious for an economy room. The drawbacks were the breakfast and soft bed mattress. Very very limited choices in the meal that i had to skip it couple of times during my one week stay and couldn’t sleep well due to back pain. Overall, good value for money.

Not comfortable

My stay was very nice.Breakfast was excellent.Some staff needs to wear a smile at customers.room is missing a safe for storing valuables.
