Crowne Plaza ANTALYA, an IHG Hotel

Upon entering room 906, I was unfortunately greeted by a large cockroach. The bathroom also had a rather unpleasant sewage odor. The breakfast selection was quite limited, lacking orange juice and only offering orange squash instead. Only plus side is the location but this hotel has seen bettwr days!

The food was bad and cold but everything else was amazing

This hotel looks nice from outside and when you first enter but the rooms are small, we booked 2 rooms for our family of 6 and found the rooms to be small for us breakfast was included and we found the selection of food to be limited we inly stayed one night, we did go swimming in the inside pool on the first day with the kids and while the kids where playing we had a member of the pool staff come over and tell us to tell our kids to be quiet as there was a massage parlour next door which i found really rude as there was other kids in the pool and the only cam up to us and said it to us, how do u tell your kids to be quiet when there having fun in the pool can the not laugh so this is why i say it isnt really a family orientated hotel so i wouldnt book again, we just felt like we was being watched all the time because we where a large family of 6.

This is the word the most worst day I ever had when I went to the hotel they gave me a room inside it smell smoking, boom the room smell like smoke the whole night there was no AC in the room. I called the person that is really hard for me to decide to open the windows. Also, the washroom was dirty not clean tub was really really dirtyand then I asked him the washroom is not clean. The person told me that their supplies in the bathroom and I can clean the bathroom by myself so I would not recommend this to anybody.

Excellent location and beautiful lounge and reception are. Sea facing and good area to enjoy good walks. Rim, the Manager was very helpful and arranged a tour for us within a short time. Negatives are the bathroom was very old and needs refurbishment. Vegetarian options in breakfast buffet were limited, expected some cakes and muffins, Also, it was not a pleasant experience seeing cats running around the breakfast restaurant area.

Excellent rooms, great staff, good food, amazing location, right by the beach. Decently priced.

Nice hotel and the location is very good. The coast line and walking paths are very nice and well maintained.

Good location, lovely pool, comfortable rooms, lovely view form the room, easy access to beach and good quality breakfast. Check-in took nearly an hour. We were bit early but we had informed beforehand. When we got the rooms they were still not ready. Power-cut happened one night and no support was provided during that time. No update or apology was provided during or after the power-cut. I would expect hotel of this quality to have some form of backup supply for electricity.

Pool area was good except for loud music, not suitable for mainly middle age clientele. Restaurant on tenth floor excellent. Our room was tired and needed refurbishment

Room wasnt clean. Room was smelling. Such a high priced hotel option with such a poor offering.

My family and I had a very bad experience at this hotel. We were charged for fees we had no idea about and hotel staff were rude and short with us, laughed in our faces when he got upset about extra fees. The hotel is old and not very well kept. Very poor condition for an IHG hotel. There are far better hotels in this area to stay at.

The pool was great and access to the beach is so easy! The staff were lovely too.

Hotel is very convenient area with the beach right across the street. There is an underground tunnel from that takes you to the beach if crossing is an issue. Room is comfy and the view of the beach is beautiful. The girl at the travel desk was also extremely helpful. She did a good job explaining to us all the nice areas and which areas to avoid due to being a tourist trap. She also spoke arabic and gave us good instructions on how to use taxi services in the area. Overall great hotel and good staff. Although the food could be a bit better since it can be pretty bland at times especially the dinner options. Breakfast was better with many options to choose from. Overall would give it 9/10 experience.

We travel a lot, and I’ve never experienced a hotel that inconveniences its guests so much. First, you can’t charge anything to your room. Second, staff disturbs you constantly calling or knocking on your door to disturb you. Third, it’s really hot. Like, REALLY hot…in the lobby, dining, elevator, and even rooms. When you go somewhere they turn the air off (which doesn’t work very well anyway) and it takes hours to cool off the room. When you get back from a hot excursion, the last thing you want to experience is a hot room. We had more than one bad experience with the guy who books airport transfers, Semir (I think?). The man who took our bags and got us water when we first arrived was extremely kind and helpful. Shoutout to him. The hotel is beautiful, and the tunnel to the beach is a nice addition. Just why do they keep it so hot?

I don't recommend this hotel at all. Don't be conned by the name "Crowne Plaza". You are in Turkey, after all. Nothing but rip off. We stayed there 8 night and pre paid meals. Cross contaminated foods that sent my son to the hospital, although prepaid food they came knocking on my door at the middle of the night for 108 liras for a tiny bottle of coke. Bf sent flowers from Cicek Sepeti on my bday the receptionist didnt accept it. Although Osman bay did celebrate my bday with a nice cake after finding that out. The tour service offers taxis to the airpor, its suck a rip off and they were 30 minutes late

It Was OK, but not fantastic.

Lovely hotel. Staff were really nice. The only thing was that the room wasn't really cleaned properly during our stay. Location was good as it was close to bars and restaurants, also the beach but it was a pebble beach.
