伊斯坦布尔老城区希尔顿逸林酒店

The hotel is well located with a train stop in front of hotel, easy accest to the tourist sites in 10min. The room was clean, however, we're put in a room NOT facing the street, but facing INSIDE of the hotel, this means NO SUNLIGHT in my room. i asked to changed to a room with sunlight, i was told it's fully booked. Please ensure they gave rooms facing the street or with sunlight or the hotel shall have been clear with the room discription if the window is facing inner part of hotel. And i'd hotel's assistance to book a taxi to the airport at 1250 all inclusive cost. However, after a couple minutes ride, the taxi driver told me to pay another 350, which total 1600 in order to enjoy toll way to the airport. It's not hotel's mistake, but ensure to ask hotel staff to check with taxi driver to confirm all in cost to avoid strange surchages.

不知道為什麼被分配住在一樓，不過不會吵鬧，打開窗就是後面的商店街，沒有甚麼景色可看。 另外，因為是買沒有早餐的方案，有一天早上想試看看，一個人就要台幣七百多元，非常有五星級的收費水準，其他的部分像是，第一天，毛巾全都收走忘了換新的; 第二天，突然整區停電十分鐘。

員工服務不錯，但是地點不算好，雖然附近有地鉄可以去 old town 市中心，但是走到那個地鐵站要先走一段路，越過一座天橋；算是有一點距離。 浴室感覺不是很清潔。

位置方便，去舊城區步行可達，治安良好，酒店職員很樂於助人

Very comfortable, great location, quiet spcious room and wonderful friendly and helpful staff.

My room number 233 was kept spotlessly clean and a surprise plate of fresh fruit was cling-wrapped and left for me a few times in my one week stay. Concierge was very helpful, carrying my bags to my room almost all the time. Onor (name misspelt but translates to Honor) was my favorite and honorable concierge. He got taxis for me and calculated the price ahead of time for me. He was the best! The food was amazing, I had daily breakfast like a king and was treated like a king. Will be back!

Very clean and very friendly staff. Beds aren’t super comfortable but location is nice and close proximity to the bazar and Ayasofya. Highly recommend.
