Pool was awesome!! Great food and stores close by. Free shuttle wonderful, drivers are very nice. Room very clean and spacious. A/C works great. Wish we could keep power on in room for fridge (door key also used to turn power) staff is amazing!! I had originally planned to stay 1 night but we extended it to 3 nights. Just flew back from Izmir and booked 2 more nights. Feels like home.

It was an amazing experience to stay at the hotel, close to the airport, very friendly and welcoming staff. pick from the airport to the drop off, welcoming and courteous staff. We really enjoyed the hospitality.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte prima di prendere l'aereo di ritorno, stanza su affaccio provinciale ma ben coibentata, nessun rumore. La piscina esterna bella, molti bambini e quindi poco rilassante per gli schiamazzi. (Ma siamo stati tutti bambini). Letto comodo. Diciamo che l'unico aspetto è che è fuori da tutto, zona industriale. Ciao Silvia e laura

Nous avons été très déçus pour la 1ere fois en 15 jours et 7 hotels. Le personnel est désagreable et peu professionnel. Lors de l'enregistrement pour nos 2 chambres, pas d'informations sur les horaires du petit dejeuner ou d'autres informations sur l'hotel. Pas de réponse à mes demandes sur la navette. 1 h apres, je recois un mail (en réponse à mes messages téléphoniques précédents ou à ma demande à l'accueil?) m'informant d'une possibilité de navette à 90€ + 20% tva! L'hotel communique sur une navette gratuite aller retour à l'aeroport mais veut facturer un transport de moins de 15min plus cher qu'un transport individuel aeroport -centre d'istanbul (env 1h15)qui nous a couté 70€ aeroport- centre d'Istanbul et 60€ en sens retour 15jours plus tot). Les chambres malgré nos demandes étaient fumeur, et une odeur tres désagréable nous a obligés à aérer. Le restaurant a un menu via QR Code, avec photo. Un plat commandé a été servi avec riz et frites. Nous faisons la remarque que le plat est prévu avec des pâtes photo à l'appui. La serveuse nous repond que "non" et s'en va. Elle revient 10 min plus tard nous indiquant que le menu n'est pas à jour! Quand on insiste (il y a plusieurs plats de pâtes dans le menu, il doit donc y en avoir en cuisine), elle soupire, on la dérange clairement. Lors du check out, étrangement pas de question sur comment c'est passé notre séjour...peur de la réponse? Evitez cet hotel iI y en a tant d'autres avec du personnel sympathique et compétent!

Very nice place if you want somewhere near the airport. Pool area was lovely and the breakfast was good as well.

Am Anfang etwas skeptisch gewesen, wollte nicht viel Geld ausgeben, da es nur zwischen zwei Flügen war. Aber ich muss echt sagen: obwohl das Hotel „nur“ drei Sterne hat, war ich positiv überrascht, besser als viele Fünf-Sterne-Hotels, die manchmal deutlich schlechter sind. Das Frühstück war super, mit guter Auswahl an Käsesorten, die genau meinen Geschmack getroffen haben. Für jeden etwas dabei, wenn man keine zu hohen Ansprüche hat landesüblich eben. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ich war mit meinem Mann dort und wir haben eine Anwendung genommen, Massage und türkisches Bad. Ganze anderthalb Stunden für umgerechnet knapp 40 € pro Person, absolut top Preis-Leistung! Die Zimmer waren groß und nett eingerichtet. Leider hatten wir zuerst ein Raucherzimmer bekommen, obwohl wir Nichtraucher sind. Der Geruch war störend, aber wir haben das gleich angesprochen und wurden sehr freundlich in eine Junior Suite upgegradet. Für den Preis hatten wir insgesamt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt mit Abholung und Rücktransfer zum Flughafen und Frühstück inklusive. In Istanbuls Zentrum würde man für so ein Hotel deutlich mehr zahlen und hätte oft weniger Service.

The advantage of staying there is that they have free shuttle service to SAW airport. The disadvantages are that if you have a morning or early afternoon flight, you won't be able to take advantage of their exercise facilities or spa.

Oda geniş balkonu bile var. ses yalitımı hiç yok temizlik çok kötü değil ama kötü yorganlarda şaçlar vardı çarşaflar ve havlular güzel kokmuyor en azından bir yumuşatıcı kullanılabilir Yada iyi yıkanabilir kendi havlunuzu getirin . Yataklar eskimiş çok yumuşak içine gömülüyorsunuz degişmesi gerekli . Kahvaltıdan pek bir beklentim yok ama bir tane filtre kahve makinası olması gerekli 1 gecelik seyehat için uygun ama uzun konaklamaları tavsiye etmem. Havuz güzeldi

This was the nicest place I've stayed in a long time. The staff went over and beyond to help me in crisis during my trip. The breakfast buffet and pool were also amazing. Will definitely stay again when in town.
