Location is perfect

Overall the hotel is well maintained , and it’s walking distance to the most of attractions in old town. The staff in reception is nice, but we tried to ask for just one more bottle of water, and the hotel charged us, which is quite disappointed. also there was an old male staff in breakfast desk ( 2023/12/31), he had no smile , and we found he was sleeping , and when he woke up , he became quite rude and not professional, maybe the hotel can adjust his position to somewhere where not get in touch with customer, so that your hotel Can be elevated.

Good location near tram station and museums in walking distance.

Easy to arrive from IST airport. Very near to tram station. Walkable distance to many tourist places. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is great. The room is a little bit tiny but it's still worthy to stay with reasonable price.

酒店位置近轻铁T1，很方便，周边有很多餐馆，reception 的人有问必答，到步便给一大堆资料，房间设备齐全，有safe box，风筒、电水煲、茶包、咖啡、拖鞋等等，房间不大但很整洁，花洒够力，热水够热，早餐不错，性价比高，最厉害是收拾房间的阿姨，她将四处放的衣服整齐的摺叠好，以後数日我的孩子不敢乱来了。

The room is a standard European small size room but it was plenty enough. My parents and I stayed in a 3 people room (1 full and 1 single bed). Unlike many other European hotels, Erboy's room had enough space walk around (without bumping into beds or tables). The hotel comes with shampoo, lotion, and shower gel, plus a plugged-in kettle and cups/dishes- which I found to be a luxury after going to another hotel without all these amenities. Most importantly, the hotel is clean, the location is great, and staffs are friendly.

Ganske sentralt lokasjon på hotellet med umiddelbart nærhet til «alt». Hotellet var 10 min gåavstand til Hagia Sophia og den blå moskeen, samt 15-20 min ned til havna der Galata brua er. Derfra kunne man ta ferjer rundt til ulike steder, og jeg tok til Bayakudu øya som hadde Yar Jorgi kirken på toppen av øya. Personalet på hotellet var herlige, og alltid behjelpelige uansett tid på døgnet. Bestilte mat og ba biden om å sende en SMS men de ringte fra resepsjonen, noe som var veldig hyggelig av dem. Alt i alt var hotellet strålende men noe små ting som ikke gir full pott, men anbefaler hotellet på det sterkeste.

Great location, good sized family rooms and friendly staff. Overall a really good hotel!!

My family of 4 stayed at this hotel in the family quadruple suite and we felt it was great. Good facilities, great staff and close to a lot of the main attractions and a tram station (Gulhame). Restaurant upstairs on the terrace is a good place to have dinner after a long day of exploring the sites! Highly recommend

The staff were amazing. So welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They made everything easy and made us feel truly cared for. The room was clean and comfortable. I really recommend this place.
