Otel konum olarak oldukca iyi yerde ama özel günler benim gittiğimde yılbaşı işi otel önüne araç ile giriş olmuyor güvenlik nedeniyle cadde trafiğe kapalı idi yakında ekonomik otopark var ,ilk karşılayan arkadaştan odaya kadar eşlik eden arkadaşa ,odanın temizliği yatak ve çarşaf temizlgi iyiydi,klima ile ısınıyor ve iyi ısınıyor, kahvaltı çeşitliliği güzel, tekrar konaklama ihtiyacım olsa yine tercih ederim

Stayed 3 nights alone. Staff are very polite and helpful. Cleanness of room was perfect. Beds are not the most comfortable but not bad. Location is at very centre so there may be a little noise coming from the windows at evenings. Breakfast is satisfying. I may stay ağacın.

I love the patience and helpfulness of the staff. I love the variety and freshness of the breakfast (bravo to the chef!). I love the quitetude and facilities in the room, especially the comfortable chair before the study table and the focused lighting by the bedside. (The only problem is they don't provide any kettle, so you cannot make hot tea by yourself.) I love the amazing promixity of the hotel to religious sites, shopping and dining areas, and, most importantly, public transportation (to and from airport by Havas bus). Finally, I love the reasonable price and flexible check-in time.
An hotel worthy of its logo of an elephant, symboling patience and strength. An ideal choice for all purposes! Great value for money!! Highly recommend it!!!

Tek başına bir kadın olarak güvenli bir şekilde kalınabilir. Çok merkezi bir konum, çalışanların hepsi çok ilgili. Kahvaltısı hiç fena değil. Tek eleştirim perdelerden çok toz kalkıyordu, toz alerjim var dememe rağmen bu gözden kaçmıştı. Yatak ve yastıklar pek rahat değil, yorgan da eskimiş ve sararmıştı. Klima da biraz gürültülü. Biraz elden geçerse bence civardaki iyi otellerden biri.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and tons of different kinds of food. Only thing I got disappointed was "no mini fridge" in the room when it was clearly mentioned on the hotel website. It was inconvenient to me. Overall I was satisfied with my stay.

Perfect choice to stay in Ankara! Great confort and outstanding value for money. Staff hyper-supportive (special thanks to Burak & Ergul - lobby - and Mehmet & Muhanmet - restaurant - and the Chefs!). Rooms are very convenient, toilet as large as desirable.

After check in, I realized the room I was provided was standard and Not the deluxe I paid for. Also, No King bed which according to my reservation and no mini bar/ fridge. WiFi also didn't work for the first hour.
We then decided to check out, after arguments and insults from manager burak.
We gut our refund and left. Would NOT recommend to anyone! No integrity nor honesty.
