De kamer is wel groot maar helaas niet schoon. De douche spullen zoals shampoo en zeep waren niet vol en flessen zijn niet schoon alsof het al gebruikt zijn.

Nice place to stay for a couple days before going to Istanbul. Great location for walking around town center.

Odalarda ses izolasyon iyi değildi, personel iyi güleryüzlü, kahvaltısı güzel doyurucu, konum olarak merkeze uzak değil. Ancak genel anlamda sanıyorum ki kış sezonu olduğu için biraz pahalıydı. Aile oteli diyebilirim.

Konum olarak çok iyiydi Odamız biraz küçüktü ama çok fazla bir beklentide olmadığımızdan biz rahat ettik Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi Fiyat performans olarak iyiydi

The hotel has great access to the old town and the city center, where many sightseeing spots are concentrated. We can enjoy the view of Mount Erciyes and Mount Ali from the breakfast room on the eighth floor and our room on the seventh floor. The room we stayed at was quiet and comfortable enough for us to sleep well. The hotel owner is friendly and helpful.

Comfortable beds and nice rooms. Good breakfast on the top floor. Rooms very warm and couldn't be cooled unless windows open. Also couldn't turn off all room lights unless we unplugged the room key card and shut off the room power.

Personel eğitilmiş.Hepsi çok ilgili.resepsiyondan,kahvaltı verene,oda temizliği yapana kadar hepsi ilgili.Çarşaflar tertemiz.Yerdeki halı ve havlular çok esliydi.Bir de ,banyoların yenilenmesi lazım.Temiz ama eski.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth.. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the city. The bathroom was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless. The quality of the breakfast was outstanding, and the service was quick and friendly. The hotel’s location is another plus, as it’s conveniently situated near major attractions and public transportation. It made exploring the city incredibly easy. Overall, my stay here exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kayseri.. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

Nice quiet location. Aircon didn't work and we were told it was the area and not within their control. 10min easy walk to the main strip. Rooms are a good size and you are very close to the mosque, so you will get the call to prayer.

Otel temiz, merkeze yürüme mesafesinde kahvaltısı yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Odalar temizdi. Hüseyin beye teşekkürler yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Kayseriye yapacağınız seyahatlerde gönül rahatlığı ile yercih edebilirsiniz.

I had a wonderful week in the Gevher Hotel while doing some snowboarding on the Erciyes mountain, the personal is really nice, the rooms very comfortable and the breakfast variated. 10/10

The Gevher Hotel rooms were WONDERFUL. I booked a corner suite and was there for 8 days recovering from surgery (alone). There is lots of space in the rooms and double doors either side. The junction where the hotel sits is quite noisy but all of Kayseri was noisy. Little problems I had were attended to IMMEDIATELY; The fridge wasnt working, so they swopped it), I needed extra pillows and towels, They arranged an evening meal for me 2 nights after my surgery, They gave me iceblocks for my swelling and allowed me to keep my icepacks in the freezer. Only 2 things I noticed, the wifi coverage in one part of the room wasnt very good, and the aircon struggled in the heat. Lets talk about the best part....the staff.... I am quite a demanding client and the months leading up to my stay they made sure everything I wanted was in place (fridge, kettle, extra things, corner room etc). They could not do ENOUGH for me! ALL the staff bent over BACKWARDS for me and made sure all my needs were met (and I mean all the staff, reception, kitchen and cleaning staff). They checked in on me and were ready to call an ambulance if I needed one. They escorted me to a shop I needed to go to and were very attentive. I gave them two big boxes of chocolates for the staff as my appreciation and they in turn gave me a box of Turkish Delights. I will be returning to Kayseri in the future and I wouldnt consider staying anywhere else. The Gevher Hotel is the BEST hotel.

Otel merkeze yakın bir konumda, biraz izbe bir bölge gibi görünsede herhangi bir problem yok. Check-in ve out çok rahattı. Yatak bir ölçü küçük gelse de temizlik durumu çok iyiydi. Vücut, baş ve ayak havlusu mevcuttu ve kulak pamuğundan makyaj pamuğuna saç kreminden sabununa tek tek paketlenmiş ürünler gayet güzel bir detaydı. Ayrıca kettle ve sallama çay-kahve gibi küçük bir paket vardı. Benim kaldığım odanın duşakabininde tek kapıda hareket sorunu vardı ama fonksiyonunu yerine getirdi. :) . Açık büfe kahvaltı(7-10 arası 8.kat) zengin sayılabilecek bir ölçüde. Muz-portakal gibi meyveler, yeşil çayları, simit ve ekmek, haşlanmış yumurta ya da omlet, peynirler... odaların ses geçirgenliğinin fazla olması, tv yayınının kontrol zorluğu ve duşakabin kapısı benim negatif bulduklarım. Onun dışında personel ve hizmet gayet iyiydi.

Eun super Hotel, jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen

Je recommande l hôtel pour son prix mais par contre il n est pas du tout confortable la climatisation et médiocre trop chaud dans la chambre impossible de dormir
