Perfekt og fantastisk service

Fikk ikke byttet til rene håndklær. Fikk mascara på håndkleet etter dag 2 og dette merket var på håndkle resten av uka. Stranda var vel det beste med hotellet. Harde senger og ikke lydisolerte rom i det hele tatt.

Det fanns något att göra för alla åldrar. Bra service och varierande och tillgänglig mat och frukt.

One of the best resorts in Alanya

A luxurious resort in all aspects. The rooms are wonderful. The restaurants are varied and delicious. The activities are fantastic. The only drawback of the hotel is its distance from Antalya Airport.

Honnêtement des vacances caumemardesques. Personnel de l'accueil pas accueillant du tout , chmabre ou on doit reclamer le changement des draps après 5 jousr sans draps changés, treès mal insonorisées donc nuits très agités car super bruyants. Nous sommes tous tombés malades je ne sais pas si c'est a cause de la nourriture donc je ne me prononcerais pas dessus... Trop de monde bondés, doit faire la queue pour tout manger aller dans un ascenseur, avoir un simplr transat à la piscine. Ne vaux vraiment pas un 5 étoile vraiment tout juste un 3 étoiles francais pour avoir comparé avec ailleurs. Lifeguard de la piscine siffle sur les enfants pour un oui pour un non. La reception ne s'occupe de rien tout problème est geré par ce qu'on appaelle des "guests relations" qui passe leur temps a parler avc le personnel de l'hôtel et nous font poireauter on réclame pour payer du jamais vu!! Ah oui et si vous voulez manger atte.dez vous a manger aux heures des poules car seulement 2h sont dipos le soir 18 20h sinon vous devrez attendre 21h30 pour avoir accès au snack... Bref plus jamais me concernant....

Ist wirklich ein Top Hotel tolle Anlage gute Auswahl, aber der Service ist furchtbar das Personal teilweise unverschämt ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt aber sehr schön und uns hat es wirklich gefallen und an Sauberkeit an öffentlichen Toiletten können sie auch noch dran arbeiten

Das Hotel ist definitiv kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Es war überfüllt. Keine Liegen oder zu wenig. Alle zerquetscht. Keine abstand. Kein Platz zum durchlaufen. Das waren die Probleme beim Pool. Das Wasser lauwarm bis warm. Gereinigt wurde es auch nicht. In der Nacht waren die Gäste beim schwimmen im Pool. Wann dann reinigung? Essen gab es wirklich viel. Mega auswahl. Nur die Bedienung sehr schwach oder gar nicht. Ich habe 10 Tage lang meinen Tisch selber aufgeräumt. Der Strand ist ne wahre enttäuschung. Noch nie so einen schlechten Strand gesehen und das Internet funktioniert kaum. 3-4 Sterne höchstens.

Excellent hotel, clean, daily cleaning and change of towels, service staff is polite and smiling, food is very tasty, huge choice for every taste. Thank you very much.

Hotel just opened few says ago. Good food, drinks, night programs. Spa: only sauna( dry & wet).indoor pool was cold

A fully integrated resort, a luxurious five-star palace, one of the best resorts in the Alanya region, more than an hour away from the airport. The resort’s drawback is that the receptionist’s name is (Arend.) He charged 50 euros without any reason, even though I booked the number in detail. I hope that you will warn the employees not to exploit them so that the resort does not lose its customers, and I am the first of them. I will not return for this resort
