Food wasn't up to the mark for a Hotel of this stature. Concierges were not friendly or informative. restaurant recommendations they gave were horrendous.

I was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel room. The couches and the bedding didn’t feel clean. My family felt there were bed bugs. I had them spray the couches and change the bed sheets. We were also upset from another guest playing piano obnoxiously at 3a and we had to tell him to stop. The staff did not tell him to stop at all. He did not know how to play piano and he was attempting to play Mike Myers theme. The guest wanted to fight for telling him to stop as he was annoying us as well as other people. The staff had to interrupt and pull the crazy guy away to avoid any further problems. My mother was disappointed it had to go that far.
