Very outdated hotel needs maintenance, broken ac, shower slide loose, cigarette smell. Excellent and friendly staff, breakfast is amazing and very good water pressure on the bath

Otel ve çalışanlar çok iyi ancak yerleşim sıkışık. konumu iyi. Birde iki kişi kalmamıza rağmen oda düzenleyiciye iki kişilik banyo havlusu koyduramadık. Her seferinde resepsiyondan istemek zorunda kaldık.

Sehr gute Lage, ruhig, sauber. Personal freundlich und hilfreich. Nigde als Stadt bietet nicht viel, dafür aber die Umgebung. Etwas Laut ist der Muezzin, da ein Minarett direkt vor dem Hotel steht.

A really nice hotel. Right in the centre of town just off the main pedestrian shopping area but with off street parking and a 16th Century mosque virtually opposite. Easy to find due to it's height and it's name blazoned on top. My room wasn't especially large but was very good with a very comfortable bed and excellent linen. Free tea/coffee making facilities are there and lots of bathroom extras like comb/shaving stuff/toothpaste and a small fridge with soft drinks (extra obviously). I chose a double bed so looked over the back. View not great but it was quiet and private. I thought the a la carte dinner looked a bit pricey so didn't bother but the buffet breakfast was varied and tasty with the usual hot and cold dishes. One thing I thought was odd was that there wasn't an urn for dispensing tea as in most places - you had to get the waiter to get you a refill whenever you wanted it. The staff were exemplary - none could have been more friendly and helpful and one chap in particular spoke pretty good English. In the morning they had moved my car so I could get out easily - service indeed! You can't get better than that - particularly as it doesn't charge five star prices.

We communicated via the translator in our phone but they were able to help us get a great taxi & driver to take us for a very fair rate to the local cave monastery. No restaurant but the breakfast room had fabulous views and the breakfast was outstanding. (Throughout hotels in Turkey it would be much easier if one or two people spoke either English or some other language. Few people in Turkey speak anything other than Turkish.)

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was.
