My third time accommodation in Istanbul Recommend for everyone

En üst katta kaldım temizlik güzeldi bakımlı odalar ( banyoda gördüğüm böcek ve tavandaki akıntıdan kaynaklı alçıpan deformesi dışında ) çok detaylı değildi ama yeterli ve nezzetli kahvaltı otopark sorunu yoktu. Genel olarak fiyatlada değerlendirirsek güzeldi

Genel olarak iyidi, Klimanın sıcaklık ayarı çalışmıyordu hemen ilgilendiler. Sadece E-5 kenarı olduğundan araç gürültüsü geliyor onun haricinde iyiyd, birde müslümanlar için kıble yönü işareti ve namazlık yoktu onuda dikkate almaları gerekiyor. Kahvaltı iyiydi

Le service est tout simplement nul. La réservation faite sur Internet ne correspond en rien à ce que vous découvrez sur place. J’étais en voyage vers Paris et, avec ma sœur, nous avions réservé une chambre pour deux personnes. En ligne, tout semblait parfait : propre, calme, accueillant… Mais une fois arrivés, la réalité était tout autre : lit sale, chambre minuscule, et un bruit incessant dehors qui rendait le sommeil impossible. Même fenêtres fermées, le vacarme pénétrait la chambre. Nous avons quitté l’endroit après seulement deux heures, impossible d’y rester plus longtemps. Malgré cela, ils nous ont tout de même facturé une nuit entière. Franchement, n’y allez surtout pas. Mieux vaut ajouter quelques euros de plus et réserver ailleurs, dans un hôtel plus propre, plus calme et plus professionnel.

Konum, konaklama, servis ve kalitesi çok iyi çok rahat edebileceğiniz bir otel tavsiye ederim.

Özellikle resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar olmak üzere bütün çalışanlar mükemmeldi. Temizlik çok iyi çok beğendik.

Metrobus bus station near, about 6 minutes walk between şükürbey and Ibb stations. Beds are comfortable for small people but lots of broken items in the room like refrigerator and bathroom. They offer small safe deposit box. Staff are excellent. Rooms are super small.

Few updates could be better. Bathroom is has broken shower area with mold affecting room smell. Bring your shampoo, conditioner and soap. They have too generic and bad smell one. Its stucked in a broken plastic old container on the wall that fallseasily. Shower heads broken. Be careful the holder rod might fall on your head. You might not find hot water if showing. Hotel is very clean but my room was very small didn't fit my couple small luggages I couldn't move it around or open it freely. Beds are clean with one pillow. Hotel is directly located on major highway E5 where you will expect lots of car noise. Hotel in 5 minutes walking distance between Şükurbey and IBB Metro bus stations. Rooms furniture run very small yet sufficient with one night stay. I had a very sharp splinter went into my nail while trying to open the tiny nightstand. You must be careful when walking in the small room not to hit furniture. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you are a large person. There is a kettle and glass cups. Windows are half size, you can open window widely. Elevator could fit one person and 2 pieces of luggage. Breakfast is okay but do not expect lots of variety. They serve fresh orange juice, fruits, veggies, herbs, bread, delicious boiled eggs and varieties omelets to request for free. All staff are very respectful and nice. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

personaly me i liked it very much clean safe with nice breakfast good customer service i suggest others too to reserve this place it is realy worth it

It was the same Breakfast every day. No variation. The roomservice doesn’t clean the bathroom and beds in the room every day. That’s not three stars standard.

Amazing stay in the hotel. All staff were excellent and manager was good and helpful he guided us where to travel around Istanbul. I definitely recommend anyone going for a trip to stay in this hotel because manager was no doubt 100% will make your stay enjoyable and will help you out

No room service if you don’t ask for it.

Airco was getimmerd. Hij ging na elke uur automatisch uit.bij zo koude weer minder leuk voorál in de nacht uren. Te veel afstand van stad en restaurants

The staff and specifically the receptionists were very nice, helpful and friendly ( they even lend me some Turkish money as I didn’t have any on my arrival) 🙏🌺🙏
