O quarto estava limpo e organizado. Mas bastante quente.

Aile olarak bir gece konakladık. Konum olarak iyi, onun dışında memnun kalmadık. Fotoğraflardaki rezervasyon yaptırdığımız odayla, kaldığımız odanın ilgisi yoktu. Dışarıya açılan bir pencere yoktu. Odayı asma kat ile dublex odaya çevirmeye çalışmışlar, ancak hiç güvenli ve rahat değildi. Çok ses vardı. Oda ve banyo temiz değildi. Kahvaltı orta düzeyde, personel yetersizdi.

Es gibt nur ein Stern für diese Unterkunft, weil nur das einzige positive daran war, dass das Hotel sehr Zentral lag. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer im Dachgeschoss auf 2-Etagen verteilt bekommen. Auf den Hotelbilder war dies aber nicht zu sehen, genauso wurde es in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt. Wir haben bei der Rezeption diese bemängelt und hätten dafür eine kleineres Zimmer angeboten bekommen, was aber für uns zu klein war und wir sind dann in dem Zimmer geblieben. Das Dachfenster konnte man nicht öffnen und wir mussten immer die Klima eingeschaltet haben, da es sonst unerträglich heiß war. Die Lautstärke der Klimaanlage war extrem laut, sowie die Lüftung im Bad. Die Treppen zwischen den Zimmern ist wackelig und für Kinder gefährlich. Das Dachfenster ist undicht und es hat auch reingeregnet. Die Betten waren unbequem und die Bettlaken waren schon so abgenutzt, dass da Löcher waren. Weitere Mängel waren die allgemeine Sauberkeit. Nachts hat der Aufzug immer wieder gepiept, so dass man vom Schlaf geweckt wurde. Das Frühstücksangebot war ok. Ich würde diese Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

It was nice

У отеля хорошее месторасположение, завтрак, персонал. Были удобные кровати и просторный номер. При этом отель очень старый, давно не обновлялся. Пыльно. Душ течет. Интернет очень медленный. На мансарде было очень жарко, кондиционер работал очень плохо.

This hotel is old, broken AC conditioner, room too hot to sleep, broken hair blower, broken toilet seat, missing 2 water bottles,

The room we have got wasn’t the same one we have booked. It was a very small room with stairs to another smaller room that had nothing but bed. Which they meant it was a SWEET!! Very poor facilities, not clean at all. We had to clean everything self. The shower was filled with hair. No internet. You can connect to WiFi in the reception but it disconnects in the room.

The place is totally different than the pictures

We booked this hotel through Expedia, trusting the photos online, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. Our room was very dusty and poorly cleaned; the soundproofing was terrible, and we could clearly hear the people in the neighboring room. Even worse, late at night, someone arrived in the adjacent room, and we couldn’t sleep due to inappropriate and disturbing noises (which seemed to be known by the hotel staff). Later, an argument broke out between a woman and a man, with shouting, insults, and loud noises right outside our door. The only positive aspect was the location, but it was overshadowed by all these issues. Definitely not worth the price – I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer um 4. Stock, dass über zwei Etagen ging. Unten standen zwei Einzelbetten und oben ein Doppelbett und eine Sitzecke. Die Treppe nach oben hatte wacklige Stufen, es gab nur ein kaputtes Leselicht und in der Sitzecke gar kein Licht. Die Einzelbetten hatten auch keine Leselichter. Die Klimaanlage war so laut, dass wir sie nicht angemacht haben. Das Frühstücksbuffet war okay.

Great hotel at excellent locations. Very clean and well equipped rooms. Polite and helpful staff. Location is right next to the historical center. Definitely recommend!

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr große Auswahl und sehr gut. Auto wird vom Petsonal auf nahen Parkplatz gefahren und bei Bedarf wieder geholt.
