酒店温馨，每一位员工都很热情，服务很好，地理位置就在老城，去蓝色清真寺和索菲亚教堂都很近，步行即到，连续入住了两次，都很好

Alles Gute normal

Stayed there four nights. It is convenient location for all major attractions, Sophia, Topkapia, Blue Mosque. Walk distance! Also the T1 Tram stop only two minutes away! We have good time during stay. Staff is very helpful and thoughtful. When we leave early morning, they prepared a breakfast box for us. Make us feel like home.

Très bien situé dans la ville , très propre, Le déjeuner inclus est excellent et la vue sur la ville est superbe. Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour. Le personnel est très serviable et accueillant.

Great price and you got almost everything you look for in a hotel. Clean rooms, great customer service, great selection of food for breakfast, with very lovely staff. Pool area was good as expected. Room service and daily cleaning was on point. Front desk helped us book a taxi to the airport as well. I would have loved a smart TV in the room, but I wasn’t expecting it given the price and the historical area or demographics of hotels in old town. Only negative I would say, that room bathroom was leaking water which smells if left uncleaned, we were not sure what was the source for it, but it was always cleaned daily.

The friendly staff the cleanliness

I’ve spent my whole life traveling and working in the hotel industry, so I’ve seen my fair share of places. But when I say this hotel was a solid 10/10, I really mean it. From the incredibly kind and attentive staff to the fantastic facilities, everything exceeded expectations. We stayed for 8 nights in two rooms, and every moment was a pleasure. The breakfast was exceptional, and the lobby was just as impressive. Truly one of the best hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in! Sure, there were a few minor hiccups, but honestly, that’s to be expected anywhere, and it didn’t take away from the overall experience. A huge thank you to everyone who works here! We’ll definitely be back one day <3

Min veninde og jeg havde booket 5 overnatninger på Yasmak Sultan. Vi blev taget utrolig godt imod, og personalet var opmærksomme og meget imødekommende. Har simpelthen intet dårligt at sige om vores ophold. Tæt på alle attraktioner, moderne hotel, vidunderligt personale (både i reception, rengøring, restaurant mm).

I loved the service of the hotel staff. Very attentive and friendly.

We enjoyed 3 nights at this hotel. Room was comfortable. Breakfast had a nice variety. Hotel is in a good location to access places of interest such as Basilica Cistern, the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque and the Grand and Spice Bazaars. The tram line is at end of street making it easy to move around.

Prima ontbijt met veel keuzemogelijkheden. Personeel ontbijtzaal heel vriendelijk en meedenkend. Hotel ligt op een ideale locatie op loopafstand van tram/metro. Het restaurant in het hotel is zeker de moeite waard, erg lekker gegeten.

Everything the food was great

Fantastiskt hotell med super trevlig och proffsig personal! Deras turkiska hamam var definitivt en upplevelse och något jag starkt kan rekommendera att göra. Varför de bara får 4 stjärnor är för att AC:n i rummet kunde ha varit lite bättre och för att det stora duschhuvudet inte funkade i vårt rum samt att deras frukost inte var på den nivån som jag förväntat. Hotellets resturang var dock jättebra med super god autentisk turkisk mat och annat. Jag skulle definitivt rekommendera deras şac kavurma som var precis som min farmor gör den!!!

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The service was excellent and anything we asked for they came to our room right away. Breakfast amenities were excellent. And the pool was awesome as well very refreshing. Checking out was convenient and they even gave us a parting gift.

This hotel was wonderful! Clean, comfortable and very convenient to all the amazing places to visit on the old city of Istanbul. We had some trouble with the air conditioning in our room and the hotel managed it expertly. Would absolutely stay here again.

ideal location for old city in Istanbul. almost everything in walking distance. cozy rooms, smallish but it is the old part of the city. would stay again

We had a lovely time here! It was easy to get to all the main attractions and the staff were super friendly and accommodating (particularly Elif and Mehmet). The rooms were clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again!

イスタンブール旧市街の観光地の中心にありながら、部屋も十分に広く、アメニティも揃っていたことから、かなり満足できた。朝食会場もイスタンブールの景観を眺めることができた。
