This district in Merter is surrounded by garments shops and wholesalers. Hotel has knowledgeable reception staff, a large selection of turkish and international foods for breakfast including live omlette station. Rooms are nice, clean and modern with a fairly firm mattress. TV channels were extensive and multi-lingual. Hotel is located a short walk to the station and the tram. The tram goes direct to the centre but gets very busy. The spa is gender separated and staff are pushy to get a massage. Pool is nice but quite cold. Short taxi ride to Kale outlet, mall of istanbul or Venice designer outlet for shopping. The hotel has a trendy coffee shop which is open late and has good quality snacks and beverages.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The hotel is around 5mins walk to a tram station that connects you to anyone you need to go to. The staff were very friendly and the hotel looks neat.

Ich war geschäftlich und für einen Urlaub in Istanbul. Die Lage ist leider nicht so schön. Metro aber innerhalb von 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Ein Taxi ist aber Pflicht um schnell und unkompliziert in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Leider haben essentielle Dinge wie zb. Wattestäbchen oder aber auch ein Haarnetz gefehlt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und hatte einiges zu bieten. Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Les points positifs : le petit déjeuner varié, grand hôtel, chambres bien équipées, possède un coin spa, la gentillesse du personnel en général Les points négatifs : 7 min de marche jusqu'au tramway mais 45-50 min de tramway jusqu'au centre, malheureusement l'espèce spa n'était pas propre et sentait le moisi ce qui est très dommage, il faut payer la navette en CASH uniquement

Good hotel but it has aproplem electricity

Her şey çok iyiydi fakat odalarda camların açılmaması kötü. Camlar açılsa herşey on numara olacak birde yataklar çok aşırı yumuşak. Onun dışında bir problem yok tekrardan tercih edilebilir.

The housekeeping staff was very nice (old man) and provided extra water and toothbrush.

My Fiancé set up my stay at Ibis and I was Very Impressed, not that doubted her choice. Everything was Top notch, from the Staff, to the Cleaning Crew. I would recommend Ibis for Anyone looking for a Very Professionally run place to stay!

Otelin kalorifer sistemi yok muydu anlamadık, odaya gelince klima ile odayı ısıtmaya çalıştık ve oda serindi sürekli. Daha önce konakladığımız bir oteldi bu sefer kötü bir deneyim yaşamamıza üzüldük
